Entertaining

This was a very long series. Perfect reading while laid up in bed. I also got lucky that the series is complete. So the whole thing for me was a binge fest.

I laughed, I cried, got angry, got happy, wanted to give up but also wanted to read one more page. A whole plethora of emotions... I have to commend Willa on being an engaging author.

Throughout the whole series Riven remained my favourite character, he absolutely brought life to it.

I recommend this one.

fantastic end to a great series

This was such a great ending for the Valorian veil! Secrets were revealed, questions answered. Everything played out exactly as it should. I love when things come together the way Willa Rae writes. She did such a fantastic job the way she did with the Elementra series. Can’t wait to read about new realms next !

Exceptionally perfect ending of this series

Every emotion available will be pulled out of you while reading of The Valorian Veil. Funny, sad, happy, heartwarming and heartbreaking. I actually had to walk away from it for a few minutes so I could gather my composure and not break out in tears.
I not only love the multiple epilogues but the recap before you even start the next book, wish more authors would do this. Not that I mind rereading the series but when the next one comes out I want to get lost in it immediately.
I also love the length of each book instead of breaking it up into various books. I settle in for a long reading as long as it keeps my interest & this series delivers. Secrets revealed, adventures had, magic made and romance blooms. What else can you ask for?
Will be waiting impatiently for Willa Rae's next set of adventures. Thank you for taking us readers along with you, it's always an emotional journey worth every minute.

This was a great ending to the series. Willa really writes such good why choose fantasy romance with the best found family. Thayla feels so betrayed at the start of book and has to work through her feelings, again. She is such a reluctant chosen one but gets shit done anyway. Riven is just perfection, he’s such a ray of sunlight and if it wasn’t for him the brothers would very morose and super serious 🤣. I cried twice in this book over the same character, that was heartbreaking and really had me in my feels. The thing about Willa is she will write you a very satisfying HEA, we see 50+ years into their future and it’s lovely. I really Hope Willa continues expanding this universe because I’ve loved both series so far. I also loved the extended bonus with willow and her guys. I’ve been wanting more of riven and draken and got it!

Excellent ending to this series

This is one of the best books Willa has written. I laughed, cried (so much crying), and truly enjoyed this book. All of the questions were answered and the storyline came together beautifully. I thought Willow's series was great; this one was better. Definitely worth taking your time and savoring the final book in the series. Make sure you have snacks and at least one box of tissues at hand, because Thayla and her men don't disappoint. Great battles, secrets revealed, and an epic ending that brings it all yo a close. I can't wait for what the next series brings to the table! Thank you, Willa Rae, for a wonderful and imaginative world that will live in my mind for years to come.

Another fantastic series that made me sad to see it end. I sincerely hope the author plans on giving us stories of the other places mentioned in this and Willow's story.

First, I love and appreciate that you wrap each series with giving us answers to the little things that happen after those big moments. We get to see how the realm evolves after the war, how each character grows, and the little moments.
Second, this book/series had me feeling all of the emotions, but I definitely cried in this one but won't mention the why because I wouldn't want to spoil it.
Third, this is one of those series that I will purchase and re-read again and again because it's so good. The world building, characters, twists, smut, etc. is just perfect.

I have only 1 note, why tf did they get so stressed about her ‘dying’ when they literally realised she couldn’t be killed earlier in the series? It was a whole thing about the purpose of splitting her soul. Also, whilst I’m here, (guess I lied about the 1 note but once I start I’m unable to stop lmao) really feel like the God of Obliteration was let off easy when he tormented an entire realm but Melvin or whatever was punished for centuries. He totally deserved it but I mean others did too, if not more. Should’ve done something way more inventive than just boom you don’t exist anymore. Where’s the vindication lady!?! I’ve been mentally cooking up revenge plots since the first book was released, where’s my retribution!!

Side bar: I need to stop writing these at 2am

O M Gggggggg 😳

I was sooooo excited for the final book in this brilliant series and was really happy with it.

I was crying my eyes out with V but I know Willa wouldn't let that be. Im very happy for his ever after (he more than most deserved it).

Im at a loss really with what to say because I really don't want to give anything away.
I also feel really really sad that its all over. I know we can re read and I do (a lot) so there is that, but I will miss the rush of waiting for the next book.

Its a beautiful series and fantastic characters.
I give it 1000/10 and really look forward to her next series.

Well done Willa.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely love this final book in Thayla’s journey. It was the perfect conclusion to this story. This series has become one of my favorites and will continue to be a comfort read for me.
This whole series has been amazing. From the world building to the relationships and found family.

Whilst there was a lot to cover in this book nothing felt rushed or skipped over, but at the same time it was action packed.

Thayla is now officially my favorite FMC… sorry not sorry 🤣🤣

Riven is always going to be my favourite character from this series, he’s my kind of crazy but also… adorable. Derivius is a close second and I love the vulnerability of both of these characters.

I have enjoyed this whole series and I’m glad that there wasn’t a flash bang finish to this book, but just over half way through this book, it broke me and I cried and laughed my way through the rest of it.

A good find… one of those series that didn’t disappoint.

Willa does it again!

We get all the answers, mysteries unraveled! It gets worse before it gets better, and mid book, I thought I was going to have to throw the book. The characters have really grown into their own. I loved their journey, the healing, and I'm going to miss them
