A really light read for everyone interested in learning about the Japanese Candlestick charts. However, one needs to related the concepts with the real time chart to enhance the concepts talked about in the book.

For the past 3 days, After continuously reading poor books (even that too I was only able to skim through mostly) which are rated & praised high, I thought I'm not reading properly or a reader's block due to binge reading or I'm being lazy about reading a book with lot of sentences and paragraphs.

But this simple book about basic candlesticks made me realise that It's not my fault, atleast entirely.

This book has lot of sentences and Paras too but at the same time has equal no.of charts too with clear explanation and made highlights in the chart to let us know what he is talking about. (Although there are very few poor charts in chapter 10 due to crowded candlesticks).

I may feel like this cuz it's just basics.

But As the author himself told in the conclusion "I have made a sincere effort to write a no-nonsense book about trading using Japanese candlestick signals." and stays true to it, I would like to read such books whether it's basic or advanced.

Simple and loved reading

I really love this book, got a lot of withinsights about the candlesticks and the pyschology behind.
If i can suggest some improvement-it would be to use more recent charts with more recent companies as examples, as the author has used examples from 2006, which to me is okay, but jts 2024 now. Updated charts would make more sense.

Overall, it is a good read.

No-Nonsense, To the point, Written in simple language

This book is a very good book for people who want to understand and trade in candlesticks.
Writer has done his best to convey everything that he could and while reading it always feels that a mentor is in front of you saying those words.

The intention of this book is to give a no nonsense introduction and guide to candlestick signals. It does that pretty efficiently.
I couldn't have expected anything better from this book. It does what it says in a straightforward way - no fillers.
I see myself going back to this guide quite often when looking at candlesticks until I internalize it.

This book clear the concept behind the psychology of candle stick, this book will change your view of looking at the market.

This book is not so focused about intraday, as in intraday you cannot find ideal candle stick pattern other then that it's all great.

Good one for beginners

The first thing I liked is the way author has explained the different signals. The thought process behind each candle was enlightening. And this book is based on Indian stock market which also improves the connection.
