Frankenstein: A Collector's Edition Featuring Original Illustration's and Mary Shelley's Biography
Two centuries on, the lightning still strikes.
On a frozen night, a young scientist breathes life into a being assembled from the dead — and unleashes a tragedy that will pursue him from the lecture halls of Ingolstadt to the silent peaks of the Alps and the ice fields beyond. Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus remains Mary Shelley's most haunting meditation on ambition, creation, isolation, and the responsibilities we owe to what we bring into the world.
