Danielle Clayton is back in her old stomping grounds after years of avoiding the man she had to leave behind. When forces beyond their control thrust them together, he’ll have to decide whether to trust her with his heart again or let her go. This is a second-chance romance where the couple was separated for years because of a misunderstanding. That trope pisses me off, especially when one three-minute conversation would have fixed everything. But, nooooooo..... they were both all Assy McAssersons and made themselves all miserable and angsty instead.

Still, they got over their crap pretty quickly and started having sex again like good little smut-book-porn-stars. The trailer park is filling up with mates pretty quickly at this point.

Needed more

Danielle came back to the town Denison is in. She had left because she thought he cheated. He didn't it was his sister he hugged. Well anyway they end up together. I was bummed as he don't claim and turn her they end up just getting married. Can't wait hopefully we see Brooke give birth.

I wish the villain plot line was more drawn out. It could’ve been so interesting but it felt like it was a random add on

I loved reading about Denison and Danielle. Love this series and I want to read stories for all the boys! So, when they were younger they were together and circumstances caused her to leave. She thought he cheated on her. Yeah, he was with a woman and he was hugging her and gave her a kiss but it was his sister. So, all these years she thought the worst. It wasnt just that though. He kept things from her and she didnt feel like she belonged there anymore either. She made a huge mistake thinking it was another woman and it hurt Denison a lot...both of them actually. She could have confronted him but I can understand as a woman why she didnt. There was all the stuff he was hiding and after her seeing him touching another woman..was too much for her. I think he should have understood where she was coming from. She felt horrible after he told her it was his sister. They were also young at the time so it was just a messed up deal. Seeing how they are mates he makes a deal with her and gets her to try again for real this time. Not running away anymore for Danielle. That scene was hot! LOL. He waits to show her his bear until he trusts her and is so afraid she will run again. He didnt expect that reaction but I did. I knew she could handle it. She's different. It was a great story. Sweet. On a darker note we find out what happened to him and his twin Brighton. Truly sad. :( I thought it was freaking awesome how Danielle has this special connection to Brighton also...because he speaks to her when he talks to nobody! I mean he cant really talk its more of a raspy whisper and it hurts when he does it. Loved that part. I can't wait to read his story. :)

While I'm not usually a fan of second chance romances, I thought that Timberman Werebear was really well done. Danielle and Denison had a relationship 4 years ago that ended abruptly when Danielle moved off to college several days before originally planned and without saying goodbye. Now Danielle is back in Saratoga, having graduated college and working on a research project for her brand new job. I think I enjoyed this story so much because the misunderstanding/drama between Danielle and Denison was cleared up pretty early on in the story. Sometimes in SC Romances the drama lasts for most of the book because the couple can't just have one conversation like adults and be honest to clear the air. That wasn't an issue here at all, which was wonderful. While they grow as a couple a few more things about Denison and Brighton's past are revealed. Their backstory is tragic and gave the story a suspense factor that was really good. I also liked seeing all the past couples returning while also getting some more glimpses of the other clans that we've only heard about in the past. The world building in this series is really strong and the characters are great. Definitely a wonderful shifter series that never disappoints!

" My my , Denison Donovan Beck. You have a land lovin' , tree huggin' mountain man inside of you"

"he was laiying claim to her heart, right here in the middle of the woods, and asking her to take a leap of faith with him."

"she loved Denny like this. Wild, barely in control, slits of snowy color every time he barely open his eyes."

Denison and Danielle had a great dynamic between them. Their second chance romance could have been avoided if she had confronted him in the first place but I think it was for the best because she grew as a person in the time they were apart. I loved Danielle caring, fun and determined personality she fits right in with the rest of the Ashe crew.

Danielle and Denison's story is very different it seems than the two we read so far in this series. These two have some unfinished business, misunderstandings and unspoken words right from the start. What I really enjoyed about this book what the finding out why the group is in hiding and a background on Denison and his brother being kidnapped as kids. Danielle works hard to try and prove to Denison that she is sorry for making assumptions and hes trying hard to let her in. When Danielle however gets kidnapped by her apparent boss, things start to look grimm for these two lovers. Read to find out what happens!

I wasn't sure about this one as it started, the whole scenario with Danielle running away from Denison in the past. Things got better for me once Denison told Danielle his secret and the way she accepted it. I also really liked how Danielle managed to save them all with her clear thinking when a person shouldn't have clear thinking. The ending was very sweet.

I really liked Danielle and Denison. Short but good. Compelled me to continue the series. I think for such a short book it makes sense to have a previous relationship to build on. Of course the why of their seperation was a bit lame, but I can live with that.

And a lumberjack competion filled with sexy werebears? Sign me up. Where do I get tickets?!

Book 3 rocks

Another great addition to this series. Each book focuses on a specific couple, but the rest of the crew is still involved. The trend continues of the H and h needing to grow and mature to be able to come together.

This story follows Dennison and Danielle. It's a second chance romance, kind of. Considering Danielle has always been his ❤ I love this book as I have always like Dennison in the previous books. I didn't warm to Danielle as much as I did the other two girls. I don't feel we got to have as much connection but I still liked her character! These books link on from each other and continue where the last book left off. Next up is Brighton and I'm getting the tissues ready ❤

This book started with a great premise, a promise of a dramatic past and a present reunion with a lot of conflicting emotions and even some danger lurking in the background... but rather soon it all deflated, losing all intensity, losing all my interest and commitment in reading this book. I actually took days to finish it, not because of time constraints or emotionally difficult passages to read, no, I was so bored I didn't wanna pick up the book again.

Dennison is presented in book 1 but in difference to Kellen he made no lasting impression, neither did he mean much to me in book 2 and was definitely eclipsed easily by his brother in his own book, since there wasn't much to him besides his girl-problems. True, there's a past he doesn't remember much but that threw his life into chaos and changed him but there's not much that is used in the story more than a reason for him being who he is, there's not much in HIS story to make him worth reading.

Danielle felt a little lame, but mostly because of how her relationship with Dennison is treated, because otherwise I think the nerdy sexy girl is always a fun choice to read. I was disappointed how her misstep with Denni was taken, for example, how she made an educated guess, based on time spent with Denni, his brother and young crew and suffered for it but she's not shown as a victim of Dennison's secrets and lack of empathy towards her humanity, instead she's the only one really apologizing for the breakup and really making amends to the other part. It takes two to tango, and He should've apologized more, her mistrust in him was completely warranted. I also found weird and unbelievable of how Danielle considered all possibilities for Denni's secrets, between vampire or "evil" without much of a thought process showed. I mean, the author could've made it so it was obvious this was a topic Danielle had thought of often, was open minded about or had a sense of acceptance towards, not just "ok, sounds crazy but sure".

I also can't comprehend how the author decided to spend chapters (chapterSSSSS) in one day of their relationship when they were freshly back together and then summed up the rest of their relationship progression as "those were 6 glorious days". It would've made more sense to describe their interactions, to make them work towards a healthy romance, for them to develop into loving each other again instead of just going presto! And calling it perfect love. That's not insta love, that insta excuse for a romantic development.

The twist in the story I saw coming a mile away. Too much forethought? And by then I was expecting a lot more than I got with the villain. There's no way I'll believe or be even just wary of a villain who explains his evil plot and is obviously fishy from the get go, not to mention it's extremely unbelievable he got away with all he did in the so called powerful Damon Daye's territory... I mean... really? It doesn't sound like his plan would've worked if DD had been the real power house he supposedly is. The outcome of his evil plan tho... that was nice. Taking away some of what Dani did that could've back fired easily if Reynolds had been a better villain. The epilogue and wedding were sweet and I liked them.

Also... not to be nitpicky but... I'm unsure about the use of some words in TS Joyce's books, words she uses often and repetitively like "detonated" during sex, cause the mental image they give is rather comical and takes away a lot from the mood. It it calls to mind human waste processes or ugly animals or silly comparisons then they don't work for me.

Again, it wasn't such a great book and I would skip it if I could but there's some of the saga in it so you can't skip it. Maybe, speedread it? But don't buy it.

Overall Rating: 4.5 Rockin’ ★★★★☆
The third book in T.S. Joyce's Saw Bears series is Timberman Werebear and you know this chick did the one click and added it the day it was released! Let me tell y'all these fun loving werebears' adventures continue to keep me enthralled and excitedly waiting for the next book.

Denison "Denny" Beck and his twin brother Brighton share a sordid past. He is the easy going sexy twin while his brother never speaks and remains in the shadows. They both share a love of music and are loyal to their pack. Denny's heart was broken by the love of his life when she left without saying good bye. He never got over her and his bear pined after her for years.

Danielle Clayton left and never looked back when her relationship with Denny turned bad. She didn't wait to hear his side of the story because she never could understand why someone as handsome and perfect as Denny would want to have something to do with a bookworm like her. What could she offer him?

When Dani decides to return to Saratoga because of a job, she isn't ready to face the music or Denny for that fact. She once again leaves him hanging without waiting. When circumstances change and she needs his help as a guide for her work, she is forced to let bygones be bygones. But, she doesn't realize what the future will reveal and the secrets that Denny had kept from her!

T.S. Joyce is a remarkable and truly entertaining writer. Her alpha werebear shifters are perfect for a relaxing enjoyable evening! The combination of funny-strong male personalities and nurturing-steel-backboned females is a delight and welcomed addition to my library. I look forward to the next book. Can't wait to see what she has in store for Brighton.

This book is Denison's story. While I liked the book overall, the beginning of the story was weak. I hate misunderstanding type stories SO MUCH. I think I'm addicted to these bears though, because I need to keep reading! I give this one 3.5 stars. Next book...

Timberman Werebear by T.S Joyce is my favorite of the series so far. Second chance romances are one of my favorite troupes!!

Danielle and Denison used to date years ago, but after a misunderstanding Danille ran leaving Denny with a broken heart. Now she is back and has a boss who is forcing her to work with her ex. But that turned out to be a good thing, since they both laid out all their issues from the past, and their bond only became stronger..

But will Danielle still want Denison after learning his biggest secret of all?? Can she accept his bear??

Short quick coffee time read.
Amazing what pain and trouble having a conversation could have saved.
Disliked Daniele, she was too flighty and hated the fact she had been with other men.
The fact she finds out how wrong she was and then pursues Dennison with no real feelings was terrible.
At least she was quick thinking and redeemed herself in the end by calling in the Gray Back cavalry.
Dennison deserved better.
I loved we found out about Brighton and what happened to him. So sad but great payback.

Another winner

Love this series. Danielle left Denison a long time ago over a misunderstanding .. and now she's back. Denison has to decide whether he's gonna let her in and tell her about his bear or let her go. Great story. Love the chemistry between the 2 of them.
Right now, all I can think about is the next book in the series .. Brighton's story. Can't wait.

Back To You!!!

Danielle Clayton knew Denison Beck, they've dated a few years ago. She saw him and his twin brother, Brighton at a bar where they played. she was for a business meeting but was harrassed by a man who wouldn't take bo for an answer. Until the Beck brothers came to her defense. Denison handled the problem while Brighton let her know what he tought about her coming back into their lives.

Denison "Denny" Beck bever tought he would ever see the girl he'd chosen as his mate again after she left years ago without given him a reason. Seeing Danielle took him by surprise but what left him wondering what the heck happened was the way she couldn't get away fast enough from him. He still didn't know what he did to make her flee him like she'd done.

Turned out Danielle had to work with him to try and figure out why there was a major beetle infestation in the mountains. She wasn't too happy to be in his company but she had a job to do, he finally learned the real reason why she left him years ago. And it was nothing more than a terrible misunderstanding.

Danielle couldn't believe she'd made the biggest mistake of her life when she learned the identity of the woman she saw Denny with. He was mad and hurt that she would ever think that he could cheat on her. He finally forgave her after she expressed how sorry she was for making them both suffer all those years apart.

Denny told her about his inner animal which left her and emotional wreck cause the man she loved was finaly letting her see his true nature. The Ashe Crew was expanding, they found themselves in peril when his and Brighton's past came back to haunt them. Danielle called the Gray Backs and the Boarlanders for help, who would have thougt that they would come running!?

Loved how close Skyler and Brooke and Danielle were. She got back her one true love, coming back to Saratoga was the best thing she'd ever did.

TIMBERMAN WEREBEAR was fantastic, emotional and oh so irresistible. T. S. Joyce incorporated the right amount of drama, action and sensuality into this amazing story. I give it 5 golden stars!

This is the third book in this series and they are better if read in order. Danielle Clayton left Saratoga four years ago and tried her hardest to not think about the guy she left there. Now she is back and she knows she is going to run into Denison. She just wasn’t prepared to run into him so soon. When she does she quickly learns that she never really got over him and hit with the force of those feelings. But he kept to many secrets back them and she isn’t prepared to go through that with him again. Could this time be different? Denison let his bear get attached to Danielle all those years ago and he has been dealing with it ever since. With her back in town things are getting interesting with his bear. Then he learns that is going to have to work with her. Could have all this heart ache just been because of a misunderstanding? He must decide if he is going to try again or push her away. Denison has danger lurking in his past. What if that danger comes back and endangers Danielle? This book was a little more emotional than the first two books. Danielle and Denison have a past and they feel hard for each other. Now they are facing each other again and a danger they don’t even know is upon them. They quickly realize that neither of them have gotten over the feelings they had for each other. They quickly come together again almost as if the time they spent apart never happened. Of course they must talk about the misunderstandings they had and about what Denison really is. Danielle is so brave and strong. The crew accepts her right away. Brighton, Denison’s twin worries that she will hurt Denison again at first. The more books I read in this series the more I love it. I already have book four ready to read. T.S. Joyce is a fantastic author.
