Johnny, Johnny, Johnny- well, he’s on the run for his life again. That’s what each of these stories is about- all the ridiculous, crazy things Johnny does to get away. And it works! Johnny drives is fresh and fast paced. It’s funny and very light- in a good way. This isn’t a book that is going to cause you to overthink. It’s a good escapist book for when you are stressed and just need to be entertained. I love that.
The ridiculousness in this book includes Johnny driving (and mostly crashing) a horse drawn carriage, a motorcycle, a limo, and various other things. He’s like the energizer bunny. He just keeps on going and you can’t help but root for the dimwit and those that help him along the way.
Definitely check this one out if you need a break from your life for a bit.

So funny!! I think I like start of the second trilogy a bit better than the first, but I still cracked up reading the final installment of the first story.

The only thing that could improve this book is a little comic strip to enhance my amusement
