A Note on Kayoru
What can be said about Kayoru? Her manga are pretty average - the art is pretty but very generic. Her earlier works are over the top sugary sweet and littered with clichés and her later works are trashy at best. Despite that, I've ended up reading all of her works and she must be doing something right to be able to keep dishing out the same kind of content over and over again whilst still maintaining a solid reader base. In short, they're really not great manga but weirdly addicting.



This is one of the weakest of Kayoru's short story collections and coincidentally also the last I've read. The art is very pretty but the stories are more than underwhelming. The first and main story is quite cute but feels incomplete. The second story is alright but feels too convenient and a recycle from previous works (not that that is entirely out of the ordinary when it comes to Kayoru). The third story is actually simply stupid. The last story is the only one that's somewhat sensible and cute but it really could have used a few more pages as the whole thing was rushed.

Echt süsse Kurzgeschichten und wie ihr ja wisst, liebe ich den Zeichenstil von der Autorin.

Ich mochte die Kurzgeschichten Sammlung und die Hauptstory super gerne, ich hätte nur gerne noch mehr von der Hauptstory „zusammen mit dir“ gelesen, ich glaube da hätte man noch einiges machen können an Kapitel🙈 aber dennoch ein toller Manga🥰

Es un manga que está compuesto por varias historias románticas.

Son tan breves y la trama de cada una de ellas es tan rápida que apenas se empatiza con los personajes.
Para quien busque algo que no le te quite mucho tiempo es ideal.

Lo que me llevó a comprarlo fue la portada, es una edición muy “cute” 💓 todo el dibujo de Kayoru es precioso.

Sie besitzt eine Konditorei aber sie kann überhaupt nicht kochen. Er bestellt eine Mega-Hochzeittorte und er hilft ihr, sie zu backen. Sie haben sich schon als Kind kennengelernt und er liebt sie seitdem.

Umschwärmt von Popstars?! : ★★
Meh... Ein umgekehrter Harem... Sie ist die Managerin einer berühmten Band und es scheint aus, dass alle Mitglieder in sie verliebt sind. Unglaubhaft!

Das war sehr süß und meiner Meinung nach ist die beste Geschichte des Bandes. Sie mag Vocaloids und kreiert Lieder. Er mag ihre Lieder. So süß!

Ein süßer Band mit vier Kurzgeschichten.
Die Zeichnungen sind wir immer sehr detailliert und schön gezeichnet, ebenso die Hintergründe. Optisch lassen sich die Charaktere in den einzelnen Geschichten gut voneinander unterscheiden, insgesamt ähneln sie sich manchmal ein wenig, aber auch nicht zu sehr.
Vom Plot gefiel mir "Zum Dahinschmelzen süß" am besten, aber auch die anderen sind schön. Natürlich wieder viel mit der (ersten) Liebe, wobei "Umschwärmt von Popstars?!" da ein wenig vom Klischee rausfällt.
Insgesamt ein in sich stimmiger Band für Zwischendurch, wenn man auf einen Romance-Titel ohne viel Drama und Nachdenken Lust hat. 😊

Lo he leído porque tenía ganas de leer un manga y mi amiga tenía este por casa. Es un manga compuesto por cuatro historias bastante cortas con las que no logras empatizar por su corta extensión. Los personajes toman decisiones apresuradas y todo es demasiado superficial.

I'm smirking a little because the ending threw me off- to the point where I was tempted to shelve this to my humor shelf(I didn't because then I would probably be confused why in the world a typical shojo be found on my picky humor shelf?) I know the author probably intended to make that a "doki-doki" moment but seriously, kkkkkkkkk.

dari 4 judul dibuku ini sepertinya lebih bagus lagi kalau lebih dikembangkan lagi menjadi beberapa buku, terutama yang 'I will marry you'. *gregetan sama Kayoru sensei, suka banget buat cerita pendek /plak *ngatur2 aja bisanya*
