She holds the secrets. Two sides race to find her. The winner decides the fate of superpowers...

Three months after a failed mission in South America, Kat suffers amnesia and is desperate to recover her old self. She needs her best friend Skye—though "presumed dead"—to undo the past, and she joins her broken superhero team in search for her.

Except Skye doesn't want to be found. She hides in the Amazon Rainforest as the only one knowing the mission's uncovered secrets sought by an anti-Super criminal organization. And she aims to remain their primary target to keep her found family safe.

But when Skye's location gets leaked, conspiracy unravels. The hunt for a lost friend becomes a global adventure to recover history's best-kept secret: an ancient artifact from a secret civilization of Supers. As Kat and Skye struggle against inner demons, rekindling relationships, and clues of old traumas connecting to new threats, the possibility of them returning home alive together dwindles.

They must overcome past tragedy through acceptance and second chances, or the world of Supers as they know it is lost.

Enter a world of superheroes and unique superpowers with action-packed adventure, mystery and espionage, and characters facing high stakes but with a lot of heart—Aero Knights: Origins is the action-packed debut to a new superhero series for fans of Daredevil, X-Men, and Indiana Jones.

A big emotional story. A team of superpowered friends, one missing, one who wakes up with no memory of her life, and a found-family bond that carries the whole thing. It starts slower and builds steam as it goes, and it is told from three points of view, so give it time at the beginning. It leans adult with some violence and language. Best part for series readers: no cruel cliffhanger. The main story resolves and just leaves a door.... or two open for book two. If you love found-family and superhero-flavored fantasy, give it a go.

Aero Knights: Origins was such a fun read from beginning to end! It blends superheroes, mystery, adventure, and heart in a way that kept me turning the pages, and I always looked forward to seeing what would happen next.

While I enjoyed the entire Aero Knights team, Kat was definitely my favorite. Every member of the team brought something unique to the story, but I found myself especially invested in Kat's journey. She was the character I connected with the most, and I couldn't wait to see what she would do next.

If you're looking for an action-packed superhero story with an engaging cast, great team dynamics, and plenty of twists along the way, I definitely recommend giving Aero Knights: Origins a try. I'm already excited to see where the story goes next, and I can't wait to read Book Two!

Lindsay Sfara’s Aero Knights: Origins launches into the land of supers- what it means to be “super”. Kat, Skye, and Andrew grapple not just with what it means to live in a world suspicious of their very selves, but also what it means to be human.

If you are or ever have struggled with who are what you are, this is a must-read. Without spoiling anything, Kat fights with herself to understand who she actually is- and the assumptions she made in absence of her memories; Skye with how to keep her friends safe- at the expense of her own heart. And Andrew- Andrew is coping with the loss of both his sister and his girlfriend the only way he knows how- and as best he can without messing up both. Friends, family, and love- how do you keep all 3 safe in a world that requires sacrifice?

Don your cape and take the leap into Aero Knights!!!! You won’t regret it— and you’ll learn something about yourself on the way!

Really enjoy this story. Usually I am drawn to stories because of the worlds they live in and the character help me exist in that world. This drew me in via the characters themselves. I really enjoyed the emotional journey that the main characters bring you on internally in tandem with the overarching plot. I was quick to care about each of them for what they were carrying.

Just started reading Lindsays book....

Y'all there is no question it's is incredibly well written. If you're a writer you understand how difficult it is to convey a world, thought or emotion in written form—all without losing the readers interest.

Lindsay does this smoothly, perhaps I am biased from Co-working streams alongside her. But L-O-O-K! As a fellow ND (Neurodivergent) person finding books that keep my interest are very difficult to find because I can be picky.

Just eight pages in, I am locked in for the long journey and eager to see what she cooks up for Book 2 👀👀👀 just purchase a copy and you'll understand what I mean.

Aero Knights Origins is a fascinating adventure told from multiple POVs, featuring three main characters, each with awesome superpowers.

Kat has cat traits, including a tail and ears. Skye has super speed, wings of a bluejay, and she can control wind. And Andrew has energy blasts and a stubbornness that will not be ignored.

The story starts three months after a devastating cave-in that rocked their world and changed their lives. Kat lost her memories. Andrew lost his sister, Skye. And Skye got possessed by an ancient demon.

They were originally at the cave because Andrew found a lead on a couple of murder cases he’d been investigating. The murders of his parents and Kat’s. And it led him to R.I.S.E. An evil secret organization.

And R.I.S.E continues to be a pain in the ass throughout the story. Although, their agents - the villains - have some pretty cool powers.

All the different elements in this story make it a fascinating read for sure. Ancient demon. Secret agency. Ancient, superpowered civilizations. Murder cases. Amnesia. Guilt. Grief. Friendship. It's never boring.

As a writer myself, I probably would've structured the story a bit differently and put more focus on certain storylines but I think that's mostly a personal preference.

The story itself knew what it was and what it wanted to be. It was a story of accepting who you are, good and bad, and knowing you deserve to be loved, trauma included.

The characters are well developed, interesting, and lovable. I love Kat and Skye as individual characters. Strong women with baggage, big hearts, and tough skin. Andrew is a great character, too. And he definitely needs to forgive himself for what happened to the two people he loves more than anything.

I also really liked Andrew and Kat and their potential, romantic dynamic. They had a few really sweet moments that could grow into a lot more. I wonder if we'll see them go on an official date in future books.

Because there will be future books. There are so many loose ends to follow, it's ridiculous. But in a good way.

I'm very curious to see what happens next for the Aero Knights. Perhaps mysteries from the past will be solved and a brighter future will be forged, who knows.

I love found family, amnesia story, supernatural, people with powers! So, lots of boxes ticked. It took me a while to get all the character settled into my brain. I'm terrible with names and people when I first meet them. The other thing is the mystery, I am never going to know 'who it was', but I enjoy the ride!

Really hit the action and I found it more fun to read after like 60%. Everyone's just trying their best to find each other because they are family!

What a fun read! This was my first experience reading a book with superheroes, but it did not disappoint. The characters were well developed and the action was entertaining. While this story was wrapped up to conclusion, it was left open for additional titles. I know I'm looking forward to seeing this team grow and tackle new adventures!

Aero Knights: Origins was the first superhero book I've read, and it was such a fun introduction to the genre. The team is so lovable, and a bit chaotic at times--but really that's just a plus. There wasn't a single boring moment with the lot of them.
I enjoyed every minute of reading this book, and highly recommend it. Going straight onto my reread shelf.
