It may have been free, but I don't think that should account for the author not even being able to keep her characters' names straight. Norris is often referred to as Neville instead, though at one point the author writes, "And Norris, I want you to suck on Neville while you're doing it..." There are only 3 characters, so it shouldn't have been hard to keep the names straight.
