Sena Lirasso grew up in a close-knit Italian family where love, resilience, and perseverance were daily lessons. Having witnessed the challenges of mental illness through my mother and sister, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of mental health, balance, and positive habits.

I believe that knowledge has the power to change lives. My passion for health, nutrition, and the human mind has led me on a continuous journey of research, learning, and discovery. The more I learn, the more I want to share with the people I connect with through my books. I write because I genuinely love exploring topics that help people better understand their bodies and minds. My goal is to take complex health information and present it in a practical, easy-to-understand, and useful way in everyday life.
I don't write because I claim to know everything. I write because I love learning, asking questions, and exploring the latest research. I hope to help readers become more informed, think differently about their health, and feel empowered to make choices that support their overall well-being.

Mind Food Secret is an insightful and thought-provoking read that shines a light on the connection between nutrition and mental well-being. I appreciated how the author presents complex ideas in a simple, easy-to-understand way. The book doesn't promote extreme diets or unrealistic expectations; instead, it encourages readers to become more aware of how food choices can affect mood, focus, and emotional health.

What I enjoyed most about this book was its focus on small, sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. Sena Lirasso does an excellent job of explaining the relationship between food and mental performance without making the reader feel overwhelmed. The book left me paying closer attention to my own habits and how they affect my energy and mindset.

While a lot of the information is common sense (avoid processed food and too much sugar, hydrate, etc.), this is a good reminder that food is fuel. This book points out some more subtle ways that the food we eat affects stress, mood, and sleep. A good, short read.

I really appreciated this book. The gut brain connection I was aware of yet I never connected the dots to emotions.
It really made sense and easily can be applied to anyone’s daily life.
Short read with much thought provoking information.

*I won this Kindle Book from Goodreads. Thank You
