This is the second book in this series. The first book, An Inconvenience, was also a great psychological thriller and so is this one!
It is about Nicole who had some setbacks. But now her luck is going in the right way. But then strange things starting to happen... But DCI Rachel who is involved in this case, also has some huge problems of her own to deal with...
Grace Heathers is a master in creating stories, that really get under your skin. A feeling something is very wrong, although it appears all is well...
That feeling is throughout the book an that's why this book is so good. You will keep turning those pages. It also get you feelings of anger.
All good ingredients for a thriller. Then the ending, I was sitting on the edge of my seat! Read this one in two sittings.
I strongly recommend this one. If you are in a reading slump, read this one, it will get your mojo right back!
