It's not the hunter versus the hunted. Everyone has blood in their mouth and a target on their back.
There's a war brewing in the hollers, one that divides the wolven from the humans who believe they should be damned. In the wake of Kennedy's kidnapping, the Lindals aim for revenge whilst navigating the fresh blackmail that the militia hunting them hangs over their heads. It seems like the world is closing in on them. But they are wolves. Revenge is just as tempting as safety when those who they love are in danger.
Well.....that killed me. My eyes are swollen, and my face hurts from crying so much. I lost air flow to my left nostril.
I need to sit with this. But for obvious reasons, I loved this book so much. I knew something bad was gunna happen and I stayed safe for so long and didnt read. I finally finished and now need to sit with it.
I am in love with Silas Harmon 😍.
Review....Ranting and Ravings!
Oh, how I've waited patiently and prayed for this book to arrive! Shiloh did not disappoint in book/episode three!
I am not really sure how to write a review for this. I love this series so much! I had the best time rereading in preparation for episode three. This episode made me feel happiness, safe in sweet moments, and then tore me apart and tried to mend me back together....emotional damage. This was a roller-coaster, and I did not want to get off this ride!
This episode reads like a movie, the stakes are higher, it's sexy and we got tons of gore! It really touched me to understand Patience's upbringing more and how awful her situation truly was. Get out of that house!! And hell yes to Reagan being a true friend and an amazing strong character that takes no shit!
My absolute favorite part was the return of the King himself 🙌 Silas Harmon 🙌 (who is my favorite 😍, he wa dark, funny, and no fs to give) 👌 perfection. Sorry, where was I? Haha. We got a glimpse in the lives and drama of the wolves and more of the rivaling families. Along with understanding the dark workings of this church....burn in hell!!! I am very concerned about the relationships on some, if they are going to make it for season two 😱.
Shiloh made this one intense. This hit me in the gut and had me bawling my eyes out in the end, with that cliffhanger, a glimmer of hope just in reach! Paige, please 🙏 work your magic, baby!!! I need you to do this for me!
Allover intense and great read. The characters are not really safe due to this not being a romance but it is a dark, smutty read that will probably appeal to the dark fantasy romance crowd, at least in my opinion.
It’s always difficult to write a review for a story you love this much. In my case, it’s an entire series. The one thing I never expected was that cliffhanger. I’m not even mad about it, though. It just means Shiloh’s world isn’t finished with us yet.
So what do I love so much about Come For Me? The Lindals and the people they love have completely wormed their way into my heart. They’re fierce, deeply flawed, and love without hesitation. Every book is packed with action, and when the chaos settles, Shiloh delivers some unforgettable spice. Her signature lyrical, atmospheric third-person writing is unlike anything else I’ve read and remains one of my favorite parts of this series.
This series must be read in order, and if you’re looking for fluffy romance, this isn’t it. It’s gritty, gory, and filthy in the best possible way. We’ve got werewolves (the next generation of Lindals), vampires, and a witch…who might also be a vampire. This isn’t Twilight or The Vampire Diaries. Think True Blood: dark, bloody, and unapologetically R-rated.
While I adore every Lindal and their extended family, Wrath and Kennedy are my favorites. From their unforgettable first meeting to their fierce, unwavering love for each other, they’ve completely stolen my heart. They’re both powerhouses on their own, but together they’re unstoppable. Pure couple goals.
That ending completely blindsided me. I was devastated. I cried…a lot. I didn’t want to believe what I was reading.
Now I’m left clinging to hope like it’s a lifeline. If I let go, I don’t think I’ll recover. So here I am, emotionally wrecked, counting down the days until I can return to this world.
I was a little overwhelmed at first because there are a lot of POVs, and it took me a little to get into the story. Once everything settled though, I was all in. Shiloh Sloane's writing just does something to my brain. I can't get enough of it.
This picks up right where the last book left off, and somehow the chaos only gets bigger. You've got paranormal mayhem, outlaw crime families colliding, revenge driving just about everyone, and everything constantly threatening to go off the rails. It feels like one disaster after another, but in the best way.
I absolutely devoured this book, pun 100% intended. 🐺 That ending was actually criminal. How am I just supposed to wait after that???
I... don't even know how to put into words what I am feeling. I have been searching for really good, really dark PNR stories and while I do enjoy the ones Ive read, I sometimes feel let down, until now. This is exactly what I have been craving! Big cast of characters, all with their own stories, relationships and emotions that are woven together to make a story that feels like you are watching a movie, or multi season TV show. Its just so good! I wish I was better at reviews so I could convince more people to pick up this series.
Seriously, if you like Dark PNR, Vampires, Shifters, anything like that - you will probably love this. There are clear bad guys, but the 'good' guys are not all that good, but you will definitely root for them.
This is dark and gritty, so expect lots of violence and gore. But also expect an emotional roller coaster. This series had me absolutely riveted, and I cannot wait for more!
as we all know, i am utterly obsessed with this story line and Shiloh herself. her writing and the poetic way she clumps her words together just makes a girl swoon. the way this story is told, i love it is like truly watching a episode of a show. It’s so refreshing not to just center around one couple specifically but to get a dose of everyone in the story and multiple perspectives from the characters we love. the Lindal’s are a hard bunch but the way they love each other is even harder. as much as each person has there own struggles, the one thing that stays common with each of them is their love and protectiveness of one another. I cannot wait for the next episode because damn so many things have happened in this book. The Wretched Love Series gives True Blood vibes with a24 gore.
You know when you start a book, and then you get to a certain point and realize there aren't enough pages left 😅 I slowed way down to try and make it last longer, but it didn't work. Can not wait for #4!!!
Another easy 5⭐️ - I don’t usually cry at ||death|| in books…something about reading about it feels cheesy and truly not real…this visceral. The letter undid me. I cant wait for what’s next, Shiloh made something special here. 3.5🌶️/5
