Julia Sykes writes insanely hot stories, and the Impossible series is the perfect way to introduce yourself to her work. Each book works as a standalone novel, but there is a continuous storyline throughout that will have you desperately diving into the next book to see what happens with the characters you love. This is especially true of the Mentor saga – books four, five, and six of the Impossible series.

If you enjoy dark stories, well written BDSM, great characters, and a storyline that constantly leaves you desperate for more, then the Impossible series is well worth reading. Books four and six were both four-star ratings, whereas book five was a three-star rating, yet all are worth reading.
