INVALUABLE. If you've been thinking about starting a business and don't know where to go or are anxious about seeming inexperienced, this book is your bible.

Written in language easy enough that non-business oriented readers should have no issue with comprehension.

Learn about corporate structures, investor mindsets, legal liabilities and general tips of running a successful business through every stage of development.

This could be the key to the life you've always wanted.

Some interesting insights. This book is more based on how to find an investor than it is growing or igniting your business.
Top takeaways:
The Big Four:
1. Proof of marketplace demand.
2. A great and experienced management team.
3. Significant barriers to entry.
4. A healthy return for quantifiable and manageable risks.

It was an okay book. It is pretty much what you would get if you went to a local SCORE.

Well done handbook worthy of any business owner's time. This isn't filled with platitudes and obvious leadership ideas, it gives a thorough overview on investors, valuation and how to move your business forward.
