Really good bite-size collection of ideas for improving life without having to try too hard; ideal for if you are anxious, stressed and can't handle reading long, scholarly self-help books. Read it myself and gave it to a friend currently having problems in this area. It's just up her alley.

it's is just so simple and the information on it are very basic you can actually find it in any website that concerns this topic by a simple google search , also alot of the tips were just about stress and diet ?!!!

All the 5 books i've read by this author is saying the exact same thing... It would be better if she had made one big book about the topics than a lot of tiny ones!
