it's is just so simple and the information on it are very basic you can actually find it in any website that concerns this topic by a simple google search , also alot of the tips were just about stress and diet ?!!!
All the 5 books i've read by this author is saying the exact same thing... It would be better if she had made one big book about the topics than a lot of tiny ones!
