Macro diet good read

Nice quick read with good tools on how to get started, I would recommend!

Easy to Understand....

Gave me a good start to begin implementing this program. .... so thankful for that. Have seen great results of a macro program on others: so I'm looking forward to my program & hopefully good results also!!!
