The story was in a sense very cute, it was more wholesome than expected.
I enjoyed how the MMC was yearning and distant for years, but as soon as the FMC decided to move on from her crush, he stepped up and became more assertive while still being respectful (I love me a MMC asking for consent and behaving it). And damn, I sometimes even swooned a little and it took me off guard.
The (online) translation (or writing style?) was kind of dreadful, tho 😅

I'm looking forward to the adaptation!
