This is a great book that I’ll definitely refer back to whenever I have questions about life with menopause. I enjoyed each detailed section that was written simplistically and made it was to understand and actually put into motion. It was nice a book that I could go to without having to search the internet or look through other bold. I feel like this book has everything one would ask, simple answers to questions that I may not have thought about in the beginning it just popped into my head. And I loves that this gives a wide array of topics and not just menopause and how to manage it. I really enjoy having this at my fingertips.
