Iron Vultures MC #2

Liar: A Second Chance Dark MC Romance

Rate this book
"I ruined him. Now, he's here to ruin me."

Thirteen years ago, Adora made an impossible choice. With a single lie, she sent the only man she ever loved to prison, believing she had no other way to save her sister. She knew the moment she told the lie, she would be a dead woman walking.

She was right.

Dominic is gone. In his place stands Ghost, a man hardened by betrayal, pain, and the years he spent barely surviving behind bars. The boy who once whispered her name with love now only speaks it with venom. And he's been waiting for this moment.

He will break her. He will make her suffer. And by the time he realizes he was wrong, it's already too late.

But Ghost is not a man to admit defeat. He will make her love him again, no matter what.

Warning: This book contains graphic content, violence and strong language. Reader discretion is advised. This is a standalone book, part of the Iron Vultures MC series. Happy-ever-after guaranteed.

I write what your heart fears and your soul craves.

Twisted romances. Dark fantasy. Gods and monsters. Broken mates. Unapologetic grovels. Stories that will make you rage, cry, and laugh when you least expect it. And yes, I also sprinkle on some cheese. I've seen your reviews! They were entertaining.

If you love betrayal, revenge, morally gray heroes, and fierce, wounded heroines who rise from the ruin, you're in the right place.

By day, I work with words, images, and strategy. By night, I disappear into worlds of dark love, forbidden magic, and shattered bonds.

You’ll find me surrounded by at least three oversized cups of coffee, hunched over a laptop full of heartbreak, and vibing to a playlist that swings from heavy metal and electro-pop to tragic cellos and violins.

Follow me if you're ready to feel everything, and then some.

4.5 ✨

there it is, my first 3rd chance romance

it was messy, it was hard, too long maybe!? who cares, I inhaled every page 😂

it was not perfect ... not at all ... but after a long time, I finally couldn't put a book down!

I wanted to kick him in the n*ts numerous times. And he definitely deserved all the pain and misery, and even more.

I'll come back for more, can't wait for the next one!

fyi: for a complete reading experience I recommend starting with the first book

Book of the year for me, if I could give more stars, I would

this is not a light story and contains all types of abuse and other other triggers. Please don’t skip them for your own good.

This was unhinged. Every time I thought that we are finally in the clear, another gut punch or plot twist was served cold. The grip and hold this story has on me, is like no other.

Characters:

Adora: I am sooo glad she met Ria. She really needed that crazy aura to give her the confidence back to be a witch herself. Her burning 🏠 down had me screaming through the house from proudness.

Ghost: well, I have to agree with Himera, he was sooo much worse than Bones, I honestly did not see that coming, like none of it. His story was so dark though that I kinda felt sorry for him the whole book while at the same time wishing Ria’s poison on him 😂 yes I am a complex woman.

😱 Angst: daamn mother, this was advertised as a HEA but the HEA just wasn’t coming! I was on my toes and in my feelings the whole time!! Like 90% in the book and I was still not believing that something else wouldn’t happen!

P.S. I am honestly afraid for what’s coming in the next books. Silk might be similar but Joker will definitely be a blood bath.

Liar 🖤

A great 2nd book in the series. I loved book 1 (Bones+Temperance) and enjoyed Ghost and Adoras story equally as much, if not more.

It was a story of betrayal and revenge and redemption, but it was also a heartbreaking story of endurance and a Love that was stronger than Hatred. I cried (more than once)and had a giggle or two at the pranks, banter and seemingly idiotic antics of the brothers but thoroughly enjoyed myself along the way. 🖤

Typical MC romance

Lots of back and forth, I hate you/You are mine drama with a twist of forever. The cover is much better than the actual story.
