Home. What does that word mean to you? To me it means a feeling of comfort, security, feeling like I belong. Home is where I’m by Lydic’s side. It’s been a whole year. I miss him. I miss the danger that follows him. I miss feeling untouchable because of his magic. My own realm is no longer my home. But how can I live with the guilt of vanishing again? It will kill my parents, especially my mom. She just won’t understand. No one will. I can’t tell them about Nimbus. They already think I’m crazy. I have my own psychologist picking and prodding my brain. It doesn’t matter how much they question me. I’ll never tell them about the magic. I find myself wondering about Lydic, how he’s been and what it would be like to see him again—and then I do.

Sara graduated from Pitt with a degree in creative writing. After a short hiatus of having children, she is back to doing what she loves and has been writing ever since.

She resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, three kids and two Labradors.

This is the second book to A Magic Within series. Riley has returned to her own realm as much the outcast as she could possibly be. She's purposely keeping her journey and experiences to herself in fear of others thinking she really has fallen off her rocker. Riley can't forget about her connection with Lydic and amazingly, she will get her chance to find out what happened to him when she was sent back to her own time. They face a great deal back in Nimbus. Not only the greedy, power hungry Cordelia, but now his secretive cousin, Pauley too. Wonder what will happen? You've got to read the story!

Brilliant series with those tender emotions we all crave for young people. I can't wait for the next book. There is definitely more to come.

I was first given an ARC by the author for an honest review. I bought the book today, to support her for her awesome work done in writing this story.
After reading the first book, A Magic Within, I just knew there had to be more to the story. And More, is what I got in this one.
The writing was right on! Portals to other realms, characters that are amazing, and a touch of intimacy will have you to the last page wanting more.

I just Know, there has to be more, to the Magic Within series. Please say yes Sara!

Omg...talk about a cliffhanger!!!

Riley's life is crazy. Her mother won't let her out of her sight, and when she does, its only for professional help. But Riley knows no one will believe her. So when Lydic appears in her realm, Riley has to decide where she wants to be. But they have to figure out who their allies and enemies are.

LOVED every minuet of this book just as much as the first! What a wonderful escape from everyday life!
