This is part 2 in the Possessed series. I'll start by saying that they're very short, quick easy reads. The perfect thing to pick up when you have half an hour to kill....a train journey, short flight etc.
The book picks up exactly where we left off at the end of book #1.... Sam has just had a great night of passion but now she's being rushed out the door. She cannot believe that she's succumbed to Leo's charms but she just can't resist!
Now she's running and she's furious. Can any explanation or apology he has to offer ever excuse his actions? And why bother anyway when she has Mr Awesome to fulfil her inner most needs.
I knew from book #1 where this story was going but still enjoyed it.
I still find the characters slightly one dimensional but their interactions are hot enough to keep me entertained.
There is a cliffhanger at the end and I wonder how Sam will deal with Leo's newest revelation and the lies he's been telling her for longer than she's suspected.
If you're looking for a super quick, hot read you'll enjoy this one.

Book 2 was as great as book 1, there was definitely some hot and sexy scenes. We learn more about Leo and that Samantha isn't happy about being a one night stand, she wants more.

It's so thrilling to be able to read the second part of such a feisty, funny, hot story.
After the bomb that was dropped at the end of part 1, I was all riled up for what was coming. Sam is a woman scorned and you know what they say! Her hellish fury knows no bounds. Despite all her anger at Leo King and his manipulative, seductive lies, she needs some comfort, some consolation. I loved how she resorts to her mystery man, so reliable to give her anonymous pleasure, but it's not enough after discovering real passion with Leo.
This episode is a string of heated encounters and even hotter explosions of lust. Sam takes all her anger out to play with her invisible Master online, but when she and Leo finally have a real talk and secrets come out into the open, the make-up sexy times are just of this world. Wow. Sweating with awe and tingling appreciation here :-D
One of the things I enjoy a lot about Sam is that she always speaks her mind in no unclear or ladylike terms. She also wants something deeper than mere fun, though she craves that, of course. I was very proud of her when she relinquishes a part of her life that wasn't fulfilling enough anymore. Only to find out that the pile of lies that she's been a victim of is growing even higher. What a cliffhanger! I think part 3 is going to involve a lot of vendetta. And it's not coming soon enough!

This is the continuation of Leo and Sam's story. This book was really good and left me with an ending that made me want to yell and maybe throw my kindle but it was so worth it because I just knew the revelation was coming and boy did it.
This book was really good. It was sweet, sexy, angsty at times, and definitely kept me on my toes until the end. This book has a flare of mystery to you that keeps you wanting more answers. This book picks up where book one left off so it is definitely not a standalone.
Leo is married and now Sam knows it for fact, even if his real marriage is a sham so she high tails it out of there and goes homes. She wasn't supposed to have feelings for him but well it happened and now she needs to move on and figure out her word situation not that everything blew up. Leo just wants to explain and tell his side of the story. He also wants Sam and will stop at nothing to have her. But there is also our mystery computer man.
All is fair in love and war.... or is it? Get ready for a sexy ride with Leo and Sam.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book!!! I simply love the author's writing style. Entertaining, fun, witty and emotional. I seriously love her heroine, Samantha. She is just so real and human! Not to mention feisty!
Leo is just as enthralling and ridiculously cocky!! Their chemistry is explosive.
This second book, takes off right from where the first novella left us. Samantha is face to face with her desires. Leo King has made his way into her heart and he doesn't seem eager to let her go just yet. Will Samantha let him be in her life? Will she let him win her over? What about the mysterious Mr.Awesome??? Who is he really and what does he really want?
You must read to find out!

Picks up right where Part 1 ends, with the arrival of Leo's "wife" and the aftermath of Leo's confession and the resulting confrontation.
Of course we all know that Leo should told Sam upfront about everything, but if that happened, how would there be any drama left for the story? Understandable that Sam is embarrassed and hurt by the revelations, and Leo does attempt several times to explain everything, but Sam only learns the full truth when she inadvertently overhears an argument at the local Starbucks.
Once the full truth about Leo's marriage is told, I felt a bit let down; I was hoping it would something more scandalous or juicy; regardless, that conversation was a good setup for the events that take place later that night at the bar...and after.
So this part of the story also ends in a cliffhanger (you know, being a trilogy and all). Sam learns the true identity of Mr. Awesome (I knew in Part 1 who it was, but the Doritos should have given her the clue). Can't wait to see how this story will wrap up.

Omg I hate waiting for good things!
Lol book two was just as and maybe a smidge hotter as Leo and Sam try to keep some kind of relationship after the bombshell dropped in book one. I hope these two finally get their happily ever after. The sex is smoldering hot and the chemistry is so evident but she doesn't feel worthy of being with someone as sexy as her boss the wealthy Leo King. Just like Christmas I will be waiting in anticipation for book three's release.

Leo King has a lot to make up for and Sam is no mood to listen.
Feeling foolish for allowing herself to think that a man like Leo could ever have feelings for her and ashamed that she slept with a married man, Sam has high tailed it back to the city and into the arms of her best friend, a woman can always rely on her bestie to make her feel better about the car crash that is her life, or of she can't she can at least take her shopping to help spend his money.
Nothing helps and Sam turns to her online alpha Mr Awesome to take her mind of the shitstorm that Leo has turned her life into. He will always help to take away her woes and to give her what she needs.
The relationship betweeen the two onlinelovers is not as onesided as it at first seemed, Sam gets as much from obeying his instructions as he does issuing them and she is always eager to insure that she complies.
Giving Leo the opportunity to explain what happened at the hotel and what the situation is between him and his "wife", Sam is more confused than she was originally because his explanation whilst not ideal is plausable and he is not shy at telling her that despite the whoel sorry mess and his personal situation, the only thing he regrets is that he has lost his chance with Sam, seems he really does care for her.
When Sam over hears an arguement between Leo and his wife in her favourite coffee shop, she is left dumbfounded especially when she hears him admit that he feels that she only turned up at the hotel in order to make sure that Leo's happiness and any chance he may have had with Sam would be thwarted. Should this make her happy, probably not but it is just the confirmation that Sam needs to hear and to give her hope that one day maybe, just maybe she will be able to trust Leo.
Late for her online appointment with Mr Awesome, he punishes her by refusing to allow her to achieve fullfillment but instead orders her to go out, have fun and to contact him again after midnight. With her best friend otherwise occupied, she ends up drinking at a bar and eventually she heads home with the one man she never wanted to be with again- Leo.
The two of them are electric together the pull is just too strong but regret the morning after means that she does what she does best and walks away again, one little problem though- she has left her phone behind.
Taking control of her life is now her primary concern and the cold light of day makes her realise that her relationship with Mr Awesome is not what she needs, she needs a man that will hold her, love her and be there for her just as Leo had done the night previously - she needs someone tangible not at the end of the telephone.
She resolves to contact Mr Awesome and since she has no mobile phone she emails him to tell him it is over.
No sooner has she pushed send than there is a knock at the door and she is face to face with the formidable Mr King again, only this time he has more revelations up his sleeve and Sam may just have her resolution.
A great, quick short read that could quite easily make one fabulous full length novel but in this format is the perfect lunchtime read.

My Thoughts
We have the mid point to this story i guess - and i have to say that i kind of expected just about everything that happened. That doesn't mean that it was a bad thing - but very predictable none the less.
Where we left off in the first installment, Sam meets the 'real wife' and storms out. We don't quite get the context of what they are to each other just yet, the real wife and Leo, but you know that it can't be simple. If you recall in the first book we learned that Leo had called everyone drunk from vegas saying that he had gotten married so that's my guess - that he knows this woman and that he's 'friends' with her, and i have to say that there's a nice twist to who she is exactly that we learn in this bridge book.
It's nice to see that Sam is human though - that she crashes and burns when her heart is broken and stomped on by Leo. It's fun to see that her go tos are getting drunk and sexting with Mr Awesome, who i have to admit keeps bugging me that it's Leo. Is it? or is it not?
Anyhow - we have a bit of fun play here - seeing the hints of BDSM without really getting into it, but a lot of naughty play. sometimes that's better than the actual sceneing. knowing that there's a heck of a lot of foreplay going on in this series, and just a bit of actual sex.
I do have to keep focusing back on the story line - what is Leo going to do about his marriage and what does that mean for Sam since there are times when i think that he actually likes her for more than just being a pawn in all this. We'll find out i'm sure in the next installment, but i think that we're on the road to something interesting and fun between these 2. especially when we see the reveal at the end of this part. I think that it leads us down a path that can go in so many different directions. So on that note - enjoy!

*This is the same review on all 3 books in this series, because I actually read all 3 books before passing judgement on them*
OMG! That was honestly one of the most awful books I have EVER read and I have read a whole lot of awful books because I am a book junkie and I read all the time and by all the time I mean like a book a day all the time! The ONLY thing this book had going for it was that it was free on Kindle Unlimited.
Let's address everything that was wrong with this book:
The dialog - childish and moronic. Seriously how old were these people????
The characters - Annoying as hell. Wishy Washy doesn't even begin to describe them.
The entire plot - Poorly thought out and delivered. And don't get me started on the inconsistencies. I would add some quotes here that show that there were many but that would require me to go back and skim ) through the book to find them and that would be torture to my poor brain. I have read the billionaire needs a fake wife plot plenty of times because lets just say it has been done to death. But this is by far the worst one I have ever read because really this billionaire doesn't need a fake wife, because he has a real one! YEP! He was stupid and drunk and married her in Vegas. Yep, she lured him into it! And then she wants nothing to do with him but she wants his company. Ok, so tell me this! If you married a man to get his company, would you not claim to the world that you were married to him, make the world see you as his wife, play the part, demand he do the same and force him to admit to the marriage and THEN since there is NO prenup )because if you are drunk enough to get married in Vegas, you sure as hell weren't thinking about a prenup), take his ass to the cleaners and get the company that way?! If she wanted the company so badly, why did SHE keep is a secret, NOPE!!! Can you say NOT EVEN REMOTELY BELIEVE ABLE??? Can I just write a bunch of gibberish on paper and call it a novel. Apparently you can.....
The format - Did it really take 3 books to tell this story?? I think NOT!!!
The sex scenes - OMG! I was actually embarrassed for the characters! Seriously. I don't think this author had ANY idea how to do a Dom/sub book, so why did she even try? I mean seriously!!! Did she NOT read 50 Shades of Grey?!!! She could have at least figured out the general principles behind one if she had!!!

Part Two picks up exactly where part one left us...... the extraordinary truth about the "real wife" comes to light, and believe me, it is a stunning example of what lengths a person's greed and jealousy can go to, and what their willing to do to get what they want, even if it can potentially destroy what that is.
There are several different things going on here and watching them each play out, in, and around each other really had me glued to Sam's side..... I wanted to drop kick me some Leo, even as I kind of felt sorry for his dilemma. And there is just no denying the chemistry between Leo and Sam.....so erotic! But so is her on line sessions with mrawesome....Oh My Gawd, Hot, Hot, Hot!!

Part Two picks up exactly where part one left us...... the extraordinary truth about the "real wife" comes to light, and believe me, it is a stunning example of what lengths a person's greed and jealousy can go to, and what their willing to do to get what they want, even if it can potentially destroy what that is.

Picking up right where Part 1 left off, Possessed Part 2 has given Sam the upper hand. Leo’s lies (or omissions of truth) drive a wedge between these two, causing their “relationship” to go up in flames. While I was shocked by the plot twist, I think I was even more surprised by Leo’s reaction to Sam being hurt by him. So far we’d seen the sexy, fun, alpha Leo, but Part 2 gives us a deeper look at this character. Coco Cadence delivers Leo’s vulnerability and flaws in a way that endeared him to me even more. Character development was a huge part of this installment, carefully unraveling Leo to reveal his true depth. Sam was no exception. We get to see a stronger side to her as she makes self-preservation her mission. She proves to be just as vulnerable as Leo, but fierce nonetheless.
I loved where Coco Cadence took the story in Part 2. We got to experience some genuine emotion between this couple, as well as some sizzling moments of undeniable attraction. When I first started book 1 it did take me a minute to get into the story but once I did I couldn't put it down. I couldn't turn those pages fast enough, I just had to find out what was going to happen next. Needless to say when I got the end of the book I was left with my mouth hanging open with shock and really annoyed that it ended on such a cliffhanger. Book 2 couldn't come fast enough.
So Samantha was doing her boss who she hates by the way a favor . The favor was to be his pretend wife at a family dinner. In the beginning Samantha can't stand her boss but later she kind of grows feelings for him. After a disastrous dinner with the family the two head back to the hotel where things heat up a bit. This is where the story takes a turn and out of know where a new character is introduced and she happens to be Leo's real wife. This is where book 2 starts. Samantha couldn't be more hurt by Leo and doesn't give him a chance to explain. She swears she is done and wont fall for Leo's games. Well it may be harder then she thinks. Samantha cant resist Leo's good looks and charm know matter how hard she tries. After a few drinks these two are at it again.
This was another fast read for me. I was impatiently waiting on this book so I was instantly pulled in to all the drama in just the first chapter. Again I loved Samantha's attitude she brings so much humor to the story.I like reading Coco's books because they are not so predicable. There are so many twist in this series it just keeps you wanting more. I will rate this book 4 stars

The heat is building in Possessed and Coco has thrown in a couple of pretty big twists which has taken this story on a new trajectory. Leo (the bad boy billionaire) and Samantha (his Doritos loving assistant) find themselves at odds with their agreement when Marilyn, or Lyn as Leo calls her shows up unexpectedly. Between her desire for Leo and utilizing the anonymous online services of Mr. Amazing to manage her baser needs, Sam has some decisions to make.
Possessed is moving forward at a very fast clip. The new twists have strengthened the plot considerably and as a result I have increased my rating over what I assigned Possessed Part 1. The exchanges between Mr. Amazing and Sam make better sense to me over those in the previous installment. I really enjoyed how Coco introduced the turning points in the story as well. They were credible and laced with heartfelt emotion, something I did not see coming from the way part 1 ended.
I am very much looking forward to the last part of this story to see if Leo and Sam can resolve what started as a manufactured situation and has morphed into something wildly different.

Coco Cadence is back with Possessed: Part 2. Part 2 starts off where Part 1 dramatically ended. With drama and sex this series can not go wrong. The humour this story is comical and the writing is phenomenal. I can't summarise this story without spoilers for part 1, so will just leave my thoughts.
Holy mother of cows! Coco has done it again! With passion, humour and drama, she really does bring the sexy back! After all the happened in part 1, Sam is doomed to Leo's charms even after shit hit the fan. Leo is one of those obnoxious, arrogant men, who thinks they can charm their way out of anything. Not this time. Sam is a stubborn mare who thinks she is immune to him. Nope, after a few drinks no one can be immune to a sex god that is Leo. I really, really enjoyed reading this. Love the serious and can't wait for part three!

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, suspense, secrets, betrayal, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first

So so so predictable.
I'm disappointed that I could predict this from the first book. I was hoping for a twist, but that didn't happen.
After meeting Leo's family, we come to find out that Leo is an idiot and cannot possibly have the business acumen that the author claims he has otherwise he might not be in the predicament he's in now.
They fool around not once, but twice and Sam realizes she's in over her head and then we find out exactly what I thought all along.
This is clearly erotica with light BDSM and toy play, so why did that get skipped during the scene at his house? We go from spanking on the couch to him carrying her up to his bedroom and that's it? I wanted more.
I'm not exactly brimming with hope for book 3.

This is the second installment of this book and it picks up where part 1 left off.
In this installment, Sam meets Leo's REAL wife. We also learn the identity of Mr. Awesome.
There isn't much of a story to review here. I can sum up this whole "book" in 3 sentences so, I will just keep my description brief.
I gave this story a poor review because eventhough I had a hunch to Mr. A's identity in book one, this ine confirmed it within the first scenario they had. I felt like the main character was a bit of a ditz... I mean, how many clues do you need.
However, I want to finish the series because I need closure.

Yeah, I suspected it from the first book and it was nice to have it confirmed in the second book. I found this second one a lot more about pulling on the reader's heartstrings and I enjoyed it. How could I not, it has a bit of everything! Minus horror lol...Oh, and sci fi, and, of course, the paranormal stuff. Okay, so it doesn't have everything, but it's a great read and keeps you interested. I really wish there was at least another 200-300 pages but I'll settle for the next book which is the last 98 pages.

Finished this book in less than 2 hours...mainly because I kept skimming over passages that were put in just to make the book lengthier. I honestly hated the self deprecation Sam portrayed. You got laid by a hot guy who happens to be super rich and your boss...why the regret? Get over yourself and stop being so angry. And only one sex scene in an erotica...please. I will not be reading the next installment of this series. There really is no story line and I figured out who Mr. Awesome was in book 1.

This book is all full of sass. Sam is angry, feisty and mad at the world. She is feeling used and abused. Mr. Awesome is still around but she is trying her hardest to be mad at Leo. His pull is just to much and she can't resist him even with how hard she tries. There's a pull between the two of them that they just can't deny. I love Sam's sassiness in this book. She just puts whatever she's thinking out there and doesn't care if it hurts people in the process. I am falling in love with this series

Wow... it keeps getting better! This book is packed with juicy bits and pieces. I love Sam and her smart mouth and how Leo falls for her but she gives it to him good after finding out about some of his Little secrets and makes him pay..... the cliffhanger ending.... OMG this is totally "awesome"!!
I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good BBW erotic novel. Recommend for adults only 18+.
