Small town living at it's idyllic finest. Community that shows up for others, supports youth needs, and always ready to interfere, um I mean support, others. Tessa has always been the advocate for the community, but when disaster strikes, she can't write a check for repairs. But fortunately billionaire Nash Caldwell (her brother's best friend and billionaire, decides to buy a house in town and settle in while corporate difficulties make it necessary to step away from his Chicago based corporation. He is genuinely a good person and steps in anonymously when disaster strikes the community center and youth needs. But although the town is team Nash, evil from his business world seeps into Cedar Hollow.
Wonderful characters, so much positivity, a genuinely delightful town, characters that are supportive and loyal, and soooo many town events add up to an enjoyable book. I enjoyed reading this book and breaking out in laughter many times.

The banger alone made this book 5 stars! And not just the banter between the two main characters but with all of the townspeople. It had me laughing out loud several times at the deadpan thoughts of the characters. Loved it!
