Needs an editor

The information was good but I feel some of the moves are complex enough that a personal trainer is necessary to avoid injury. Also this book needs some serious editing. It reads as if someone dictated the text and transcribed it. Also typos. This distracts from the credibility of the author. Self published books need editing too!!
