Bleeding ink. Forging realms. Finding beauty in the broken.

Mysti Graves writes emotionally charged romance that explores the spaces most people are afraid to look at. Her debut novel, Tristful Tryst, is a contemporary taboo romance rooted in grief, longing, and the complex ways people cope.

A lifelong lover of dark romance, romantasy, and morally grey characters, Mysti is drawn to stories that challenge boundaries and stir every feeling at once. She believes books are a form of art, and art should leave fingerprints on the heart.

When she isn’t writing, she’s spending time with her husband and two daughters or creating in other ways, painting, crafting resin trinkets and whatchamacallits, gaming her way through RPG worlds, or curating soundtracks that feel like entire lifetimes. Music is as essential to her process as ink.

She is currently drafting multiple new realms full of tropes, romance, and angst.

Divine Sin: The Dark Awakening was such an addictive read for me!

This is the first book I've read by Mysti Graves, and I am soooo happy I stumbled across them on TT because HOLY SHIT!!

This book had so many things I love wrapped into one story... dark fantasy vibes, supernatural intrigue, mystery, tension, and enough yearning to make me absolutely feral 🥵

OMG... the way these men YEARN. That's it. That's the review 😂
Okay, okay... not really 💀

There is some spice in this book, but honestly, the plot was what had me completely hooked. Every time I thought I had something figured out, I found myself needing to read just one more chapter to see what was really going on.

One of my favorite things about this book was the atmosphere. There was a constant feeling that something bigger was happening beneath the surface, and I loved slowly piecing things together alongside the FMC.

The world felt immersive, mysterious, and just dangerous enough to keep me fully invested from beginning to end. I also loved that each character brought a completely different energy to the story. The dynamics and interactions kept things interesting, and I found myself constantly changing my mind about who I trusted, who I was suspicious of, and who I was rooting for.

If you enjoy dark fantasy romance with supernatural elements, mystery, and a story that keeps you curious until the very last page, I definitely recommend giving Divine Sin: The Dark Awakening a read!

Now excuse me while I impatiently wait for the next book because I need MORE. 🖤✨

First of all...this book was downright awesome and different in all the best ways possible. No spoilers here, so let’s talk tropes and vibes instead. This is demon romance straight from hell 😉.

I was drawn in immediatley and could not put this down.

The FMC dies and is brought back…just not to her mortal life. Instead, she finds herself surrounded by four demons tasked with guiding her—and a devil who clearly has plans for her.

Darcelle is bold, fierce, impulsive, and exactly the kind of FMC I love reading about. And the four demons? Let’s just say…I’m obsessed. They are absolute fire.

Never in my life did I think I’d be sitting here wishing I could be caught between four demons at an academy for hell…but here we are.

The dream walking was incredible, the circles of hell were fascinating, and every character felt so distinct and well developed that I became completely attached.
The world-building was addictive.

And THAT ENDING?? Criminal. I need book two immediately. I just know there is so many things going on that we just haven't been told yet and I cannot wait to find out!

A big thank you to the Author for allowing me this ARC.

This is such a great dark fantasy. I loved all these characters. What a unique plot and interesting magic system. The fmc is witty and I’m gonna be honest she’s definitely gonna be a bad ass. This story is about demons and sins. The circles of hell were absolutely the coolest idea. This does end on a cliff hanger but no regrets. Loved this!!!!! Definitely recommend. It’s not super spicy, a couple scenes but this is more about the plot and I was entertained the whole dang time! I’m obsessed.

The plot - chef's kiss!
The characters - perfection!
The world building - so amazing!
Spice - slow and agonizing but oh so worth it!
Humor - 100%

Very well written and I'm completely in love!

Upon death and arrival to Hell, FMC Darcelle learns she is the daughter of Lucifer and has 1 year to choose a demon to bond and rule with.

I loved the hell world building and seeing how each of the 9 circles of Hell were different based on their sin. I loved all the different demons and seeing what powers they held mastery of. And of course, I love a group of hot demons pining for the affection of Darcelle.

If you like obsessesive MMCs (x4), slow burn chaos, and an FMC who isn't taking anyone's crap, I think you'll enjoy this one.
