In 1862, Robert E. Lee’s battle plans for the Antietam campaign fell into Union hands. Legend has it a box holding a relic which contained the source of Lee’s power was found with those plans.
Over time the box was hidden and the search to acquire it began.
Today, the Confederate League unleashes terror and murder in a desperate hunt for the box.
In the Lost Cause, Park Ranger Grayson Cole races across America to stop the Confederate League and prevent America’s second Civil War.
Sean Smith is an award winning conservationist, whose work has been seen on CNN and heard on NPR, and in the New York Times and National Geographic.
Sean is a former park ranger who worked at Yellowstone, the North Cascades, Glacier, and with the Forest Service at Mount St. Helens. He's also an accomplished artist, as well as a private pilot. He currently lives in Western Washington with his wife and two children.
I found this book purely by accident and gave it a try, I am glad I did. Sean Smith is a genius! His character development was terrific, and the storyline compelling.
