Enchanting Eris pulled me in with its mysterious, slightly dark atmosphere and a heroine struggling to come to terms with parts of herself she has spent so long trying to suppress.

Eris is a fascinating character. Her inner battle, insecurities, and the feeling that something about her makes her “wrong” give the story an emotional depth that goes beyond the romance. Returning to Rawhide Ranch, and especially facing the man she left behind, forces her to confront feelings she can no longer simply run from.

I really enjoyed the mystery and tension surrounding the masked man. There’s something incredibly intriguing about not knowing exactly what will happen next, and the chase like atmosphere keeps the story moving. The connection between Eris and the man from her past is complicated, intense, and filled with the kind of unresolved feelings that make you want to keep turning the pages.

The Rawhide Ranch setting also adds something special to the story, giving everything a secluded, atmospheric feel that works perfectly with the darker tone.

Enchanting Eris is an emotional, mysterious romance about confronting your fears, accepting yourself, and discovering that perhaps you aren't as broken as you've always believed.

A compelling read with plenty of mystery, emotional tension, and a heroine worth rooting for.

I love the connection throughout the two main characters that’s one of my favorites about this book along with all the fun steamy time they have! As I was reading I kept thinking about a song that goes well in my opinion with the desires Eris has. Which I feel like the guy did a fantastic job doing bringing everything to life I love how the people at the ranch are so supportive with everyone dreams/ fantasies without judgement or the oh honey you need help speech! The author did great with details almost to the point I am not confused with the why behind this activity. This book definitely kept a smile on my face, butterflies in my stomach, laughter and so much more I’m so happy everything worked out! It was nice seeing the past and present versions of the characters too. I would love to have someone in my life willing to put that much effort into my secret dark side desires along with other things. The song is called I’m the mask man by Ruby darkness by the way. So much growth, trust, strength, learning and friendship in this book another winner in my mind:)

This is book 32 in the Submissives of Rawhide Ranch series and the stories are as fresh as ever.
Eris has a fantasy. She visited Rawhide Ranch before but didn't let her true longing out. Now she hopes to go back. Find her true self and hopefully see the man of her dreams. Again.
Gabriel can't stop thinking about Eris. It's been a year and he still can't get her out of his head. He knows she was holding back.
Can he find her again and see what really lies beneath.
This is a beautiful story of being honest with yourself and others. Going after what you really want and jumping in feet first.
The new addition to the Rawhide Ranch architecture is a perfect feature, that complements and expands for all.
The story is lovingly written with great detail and depth.
I love the chemistry between these characters and the interactions with the wider Ranch.
I highly recommend this book, author and series.

Another great addition to this little series!

I immediately adored the FMC, Eris. She's sweet and a bit of a firecracker, but she gets stuck in her own head and doesn't allow herself the freedom to let go and just be herself.

That's where our MMC, Gabriel comes into play...literally...after a visit to the ranch last year left a permanent mark on him...he's been pinning for Eris ever since.

There's so much metal pining between these two, I was rooting for them from the start!
And when they finally meet again it's immediate fireworks!

Their chemistry is off the charts and I loved how Gabriel wanted to make sure that he filled everyone of Eris's deepest and darkest desires!

And not only do we get scenes that had me fanning myself, we also got the sweetness of a much deeper connection between these two characters...and beginning of their chase at forever... iykyk!

The thing I love about the Rawhide Ranch is that I learn about kinks that are new to me. I had never heard of Primal Play, but it was quite interesting. Eris wanted to be chased and caught in a CNC (consensual nonconsensual) way. Coming to Rawhide and engaging with a dom that she already knew and that Master Derek trusted was a smart move.

The relationship between Eris and Gabriel is complicated. They met before, and neither has stopped thinking of the other. That they took so long to reach out surprised me, but I'm glad they eventually did. There is affection that quickly grows into love over the 5 days that they spend together. I'm a firm believer in insta-love, as I met my husband, was engaged within a month, and married within a year.

Great story, as Rawhide Ranch always is. I can't wait for the next book!

I really enjoyed reading this book. When Eris went to the Rawhide Ranch a year ago, she had the good fortune to play with Gideon, who is a dominant that lives close by to the ranch, neither of them thought to get each other’s phone numbers so they could stay in contact. Now it is a year later and Eris wondering why she didn’t tell them exactly what kind of experience she wanted the previous year, she writes to Master Derek saying she wants to experience primal play and CDC, hoping that she can spend time with Gideon. I enjoyed how these two characters were able to connect as they were meant to and fell in love and go and live their happily ever after.

I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.

If you have ever had an interest in Primal Play, this is the place to start. (I actually looked it up - Either the author has experienced it or has done her research as it aligns closely with what I could find).

Eris has spent a year remembering her first visit to the Ranch and the Master she met there, regretting that she did not open herself fully to the chance to explore her needs/wants/fantasies. Ready to finally take a chance, she returns to the Ranch. As expected by a relationship formed at the Ranch, it all works out.

I have to admit, when the Submissives series first started, it felt like the Ranch was an afterthought, in some cases just a quick visit to say it was connected but this one (and the last few) are fully Ranch oriented and could only take place AT the Ranch

Absolutely fantastic book from one of my favorite authors. I absolutely devoured this book. I couldn’t put it down. It was that good. Eris and Gabriel were fantastic together in this story. I didn’t expect to be so invested in the story in such a short amount of time but here I am. The connection and chemistry between them was still so sizzling hot and intense. Every interaction was full to the brim with it. This book will have you laughing at the banter, fanning your face at the tension, and swooning hard for them both. There’s a perfect balance between sweet and spicy. That will leave you wanting more long after the last word is read.

Eris and Gabriel had a connection when they paired up at Rawhide. But Eris kept a big part of her hidden. Unsure of how it would be received she never gave that part of her. Gabriel for his part blew it when he prioritized business before her. Both left the Ranch but kept thinking about each other.
With a little bit of convincing by her best friend and sister, Eris decided to give the Ranch another shot and tell Master Derek what she truly wanted. As it happens, Gabriel is also at Rawhide and when he learns about Eris’s true needs and desires, he realizes just how perfect she is. Now he has one week to deepen their connection and keep her with him.

This book was fire. Love me some primal and the maze? Just yes love it

1.5 ⭐ I guess it had to happen one day. First book I disliked in the series & I almost dnf. I like my primal play more serious & high stakes (nego, play & aftercare). The wishy washy bratty heroine was uninteresting & the second chance trope didn't work either. Also who the hell has time to think botanic & then examine plants while being hunted by a scary sexy man? I almost spilled my drink reading this. It all felt like adults playing tag at Disney between ice cream degustations & then the hasty epilogue with them playing house vanilla style was skimmed in 30 seconds.
I really need to restart the Cara Dee Game series to get my fix of solid primal & CNC stories.

Eris had visited Rawhide Ranch before and loved the experience. She had also found a master she couldn’t stop thinking about. But her interests had progressed and she wanted to try something else as well. Primal Play. After making arrangements she came back to the ranch and Gabriel. This book really focused not only on the feelings that lingered and were continuing to develop again but how done right with good communication they could live out their fantasies. This was an exceptional read and addition to this amazing series.

I don't think I have found a ton of primal type books without a dark romance addition so this was a really good read from the start. I am happy that Eris came back and was honest about what she wanted to try with Gabriel. I loved their chemistry and I loved the maze and outdoors. I also liked that she liked a masked man and he gave her that. They had such a good connection outside their play too. I loved this book and would definitely read it again.

I really liked this exciting, fast paced treat. The premise of primal yet safe lends itself to a whole world of fun. Eris and Gabriel's escapades were entertaining, flirty, consensual and very intriguing.

Eris really is enchanting, finally acknowledging her needs and the perfect person whose tastes aligned to fulfill them with her. They can look forward to a long and happy life together, Rawhide Ranch style.

While not my usual read. I enjoyed Eris and Gabriel. I wish I had a little more back story since I don’t always read the submissives series of Rawhide, and tend to stick to the Little side, I really did enjoy the scenes in the mazes. Not that i want to try it but primal does sound like it could be really enjoyable!

It’s smutty and filthy, NSFW and pretty entertaining. A relatively light plot, it had relationship progression very much tied into the growth of trust and the spice…

Between the CNC, primal play and Dom/Sub dynamic, this is not a book to read where someone can look over your shoulder.

Eris has attend Rawhide ranch in the past and played with Master Gabriel. When she was with Gabriel she really didn’t give it her all. So this time she wanted to be chase down. Gabriel did just that and more.

I loved all their interactions including the hot erotic sexy ones. This story is an emotional roller-coaster. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. Predator and prey

It's a simple premise and mostly well-written but it's called primal for a reason. Eris knows her predator and there are no real surprises and no real danger or fear. Instead, it's the merging of two people with the same desires and fantasies. It's a nice primal-light romance.

What another fantastic addition to the Rawhide Ranch series! I literally devoured this story in one sitting, it was just that good! Eris had met Gabriel a year ago and they “played” all week, but never connected again. Until Eris decided she wanted to go back to the Ranch and meet up with Gabriel again, but with an added bit of fun. She has always fantasized about primal play, but could only do that with someone she knew and trusted, like Gabriel. Would he still be interested? Well, based on their meeting again, the attraction was still there in multitudes. This story takes you on their journey, one of which I never wanted it to end. Their chemistry is sizzling and their witty banter made me laugh out loud. Both have worked their way into my heart. Such a delicious and delightful story!
