I hardly read these type of books (a colleague gave it to me) but I enjoyed this- mainly because it was short. It gives some practical tips, some of which I can see myself applying, and isn't that what anyone wants from these type of books?

Fairly standard corporate bleh, with some decent insights tucked in.
