American Nightmare Mel is a competent middle-aged accounting manager in a mid-size corporation, just a few years from retirement. Wow, what a lucky pick on Amazon this was.

Wanting to find a short horror novel to keep me busy for half an hour I came across a free version of 'Cuts' by M.A.Robbins , I downloaded to my kindle and started to read away. For a short story, Robbins is great at making a cast of characters come alive, although I was only in the world for 13 pages, I felt totally part of the world and pictured everything vividly.

I had not heard of Robbins before I downloaded this, I understand there are a further 2 shorts I can check out, I will certainly be purchasing both.

I don't want to say much about the story itself as I want you to experience each of the 13 pages yourself.

I can imagine this been made in to a 5 minute horror short, I would certainly watch it for sure.
