Thank you Kathryn Coin for the arc. As always I’m such a fan. These are all of my honest thoughts and opinions.

Paige and Cash (Jesse) have such an emotional story. I was fully invested. She has loved him since she was 14. 🥹 gah something about Paige got to me. I love how she finally found her true self. It was a rough ride for her but she totally deserved her happy ending.

Cash, such a green flag. I love him to pieces.
His feelings for Paige felt so real. I could feel the tension oozing off the page. When they finally let their guards down, ohhhh I was ALLLL for it.

I love the found family for Cash. I honestly got emotional because he really didn’t have anyone until he found Paige.

The ending? I’m begging for Micha’s story right now!

I am a sucker for cowboy romance, and throw in some enemies to lovers and I'm sold right away! 🤠

This book had everything I could have wanted, from amazing characters we finally got to truly know and fall in love with, to a swoon-worthy romance. And let's not forget... COWBOYS! 🤠

I loved how much thought went into the little details throughout the story. Even the bond between Paige and her horse was beautifully written and added so much depth to the story for me. It made everything feel more complete and brought another layer to Paige's character.

And Cash... the man that he is! The banter, the reckless moments, the sweet moments... I loved every single bit of it.

I spent so much of this book crying, laughing, squealing, kicking my feet and, ultimately, falling in love all over again. Kathryn somehow manages to make me fall in love with these characters and this world every single time.

And then came one of my favourite surprises: the Kellys made an appearance! 🥹

Seeing my favourite book family again made this already wonderful story even more special to me. I have loved watching this family grow throughout their series, so getting to see them again felt like coming home.

Another cowboy romance from Kathryn Coin that I can wholeheartedly recommend. 🤠❤️

If you know me or have seen any of my reviews before you know how much I love Katherine Coin and her books. I have been lucky enough to ARC read for her since Coastal Summer and I still cannot get enough.

I love the Kelly’s. I recommend them to everyone do one and I will continue to do so. But when I found out as we’d getting a cowboy romance series I was over the moon! 🤠

This book was everything!! I am completely upset with Cash and Paige!

First of all I want to thank Kathryn Coin for the ARC of One Reckless Moment :) Y'all... This book was SO GOOD!

Kathryn Coin has officially entered her cowboy era and this book did not disappoint. The tension, sarcastic banter (my personal favorite), forbidden feelings, the family drama (which is a lot) coupled with two people who pretend to not like one another when in reality they love each other and the chemistry... you can feel all of that through the pages

Jesse "Cash" Leonard has done his very best to follow one rule and one rule only and that is do not touch the boss's daughter (easier said than done folks)

Who would that daughter just so happen to be? Paige Brooks, who Cash is trying to keep his distance from but that ain't an easy task. What does he do instead? He hides how he truly feels about Paige through fights and tension that you could cut with a knife (not kidding)

Paige can take what Cash gives to her and dish it right back out to him. Y'all their back-and-forth is my favorite thing in this whole book. If you can be sarcastic and quick witted... hook, line, and sinker. There is a lot that lies underneath all of that banter and we find out what that is throughout the story

Rodeo Circuit + Vegas = Wild Combination
Y'all know the expression what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas... well that's not true in this case because Cash and Paige wake up after a crazy night with a marriage certificate and a wedding ring

Once their secret is revealed, these two have to convince everyone that they are in fact in love. There's only one small problem... eleven years of buried feelings while pretending might hit a little too close to home aka the truth

I enjoyed seeing all of the years of resentment and longing finally start to come to the forefront. Cash has a tough exterior but deep down he is just scared of losing the people he considers family and the home/place he feels like he belongs. Believe me, Paige has hidden how she truly feels about him just as long, don't get that twisted haha

Throw in the mix angry siblings, family betrayal (both of those get resolved in the book), Montana summer nights, which are beautiful btw, and a fake marriage just to name a few things... I was invested from the jump

One Reckless Moment is messy, emotional, passionate (OMG) that might be an understatement, see for yourselves lol. This story is also filled with want and desire from two people who have wanted each other since they were teenagers and guess what... they get their happily ever after that they both deserved

Cash and Paige were and are perfect for each other and I couldn't have thought of a better way to start a new series

Kathryn Coin you did it again... Another 5 star read! Every book you've written I've absolutely fallen in love with the characters and One Reckless Moment was no different

Enemies-to-lovers + forbidden romance + rodeo cowboy + accidental Vegas marriage?! Say less. You already had me.

One Reckless Moment gave me exactly the kind of cowboy romance I love years of tension, sarcastic banter, family drama, forbidden feelings, and two people who have been pretending they can't stand each other when the chemistry between them is practically screaming off the page.

Jesse “Cash” Leonard has followed one very important rule for eleven years: do not touch the boss’s daughter.

That daughter just happens to be Paige Brooks. And keeping his distance from her hasn't exactly been easy. Instead, Cash has spent years turning everything he feels for Paige into cold shoulders, arguments, and some seriously delicious tension.

Paige can give it right back, and I LOVED their back-and-forth. You just know when two characters argue that much, something else is simmering underneath.

Then comes the rodeo circuit…and VEGAS.

What do you mean I have to now go back and start reading Coastal Runaway so I can get to know the Kelly family??

Yep, definitely should have started there….
Oh well.

This is the start of a new series that I am now excited about. This book is the story of Cash-solid ranch hand and honorary member of the Brooks family and Paige-marketing genius and actual member of the Brooks family who own the ranch.

Below are my favorite things about the book:
1)Told in dual POV–to me, romance novels need this; otherwise it feels like only half a story.
2)CHAPTER TITLES! I wish every writer did this–especially in the romance genre. I love getting just a tiny hint as to what the vibe will be in the chapter.
3) THE TITLE OF THE PROLOGUE!!! iykyk

Quick set up:
When Paige is 18, she takes a chance on letting Cash know that she has feelings for him. When that doesn’t end well, it leaves Paige crushed and makes Cash believe he needs to put more distance between them. As the years pass, and as the story unfolds, readers find out why he does this and how it affects him and also how that rejection affects Paige.

While I loved the romance of the story(which I often do), I think the part that really got to me in this one was Paige’s continued feeling of being ‘less than’ and never feeling like she quite fits in. She knows she is loved (because the family is amazing), but being in a big ranch family, she often feels overshadowed. Reading about how she navigates this feeling was my favorite part of the book.

If you love the big ranch family dynamics, you will love this book.
If you love some family shenanigans (and a lot of bets), you will love this book.
If you love strong friendships, you will love this book.
If you love a protective MMC, you will love this book.

I’m already excited for the rest of the books. Book two was set up right at the end of this book, and the author knew how to get us intrigued!

Okay I am so mad this book is over I fell in love with Paige and Cash they are definitely one of my favorite book couples and Cash “Jesse” is definitely a book boyfriend and goals to have in a man.
Paige is feisty, fierce, loyal, caring and fun to be around but she usually is trying to keep everyone in her family and life happy and in doing so doesn’t always mean she taking care of herself like she so deserves but don’t worry since the moment Cash walked to the Brooks Ranch he has been there for Paige when ever she needs him even if it means dropping what he is doing.
Cash is known for being a playboy but I only think it’s because he doesn’t think he is allowed to go after the one woman he has always wanted. Cash has had a tough life in and out of foster care so when he came to Brooks ranch when he was 18 years old he finally found somewhere he belonged and felt like he had a family.. it’s one of the reasons he doesn’t go after Paige in the beginning afraid he will loss the one true family he has ever had.
Who knew one reckless moment in Vegas could be what these two always have needed!
The way Paige’s brothers welcome Cash to the family had me cracking up this group is wild and crazy and is always making bets that will have you rolling from laughing.. They love to get together and drink and have fun..
I love how the book ended for Paige and Cash and I am praying the next book is Reid and Micah’s story!!

I tell everyone how underrated Kathryn’s books are, and I’ve already converted a few readers along the way. But if this book doesn’t grab your attention from page one and perfectly set the stage for what’s to come… I fear there may be no hope for you. Kidding. (Kind of.)

The tension? Absolutely off the charts.

Cash Leonard has made a promise to his boss: he won’t touch his daughter. It’s a promise he has every intention of keeping because the ranch he works on is the only home he’s ever known, and that’s not something he’s willing to risk.

Unfortunately for him, Paige Brooks—the boss’s daughter—is all fire, stubbornness, and determination. She knows exactly what she wants (spoiler alert: it’s Cash), and she’s certainly not going to make things easy for him.

It only takes one reckless moment for everything to change, and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough to see how it all unfolded. The enemies-to-lovers tension is chef’s kiss, their chemistry is so hot you’ll need your emotional support fan (or maybe that’s just me), and the extended family dynamics had me laughing out loud more than once.

Kathryn Coin does it again—and honestly, I’m not even surprised. Her writing is always incredible. What did surprise me was just how badly I needed her to write cowboys. Consider me completely obsessed.

One Reckless Moment knocked me off my feet! Cash has worked for Paige's family for over a decade. Though mutually attracted to one another, Cash fears acting on it because the Brooks' give him something he never had growing up: family and respect. As he explores a rodeo career, Paige is forced to travel with him and two other hired hands. As they both come to grips with their own emotions, additional Brooks family dynamics come into play impacting their relationship further.

If I'd have had time and didn't need sleep, I would've finished this book in sitting. It flows beautifully, with funny and steamy scenes evenly distributed. I recognized characters as people I've known in my life, from the rancher’s daughter forced to move away from the ranch she lives for to the guys keeping life entertaining with bets and pranks. The Brooks family reminds me of my own cousins in terms of closeness, alcohol consumption and our ability to find humor in the little things.

This was my first book by this author, and won't be my last. I'm looking forward to Micah's story!

I am still in my cowboy era, and Kathryn Coin just rode in and stole the show! I was already obsessed with her Coast to Coast series, and then she had to go and give me cowboys too? Ma’am… have mercy.

Jesse “Cash” Leonard is EVERYTHING I want in a book boyfriend. Protective, broody and completely devoted to Paige? Say less.

Paige Brooks is sunshine wrapped in sass. She’s hilarious, always knows exactly which buttons to push, and just so happens to be completely off-limits to Cash. The tension between these two was torture in the best way. Then comes one unforgettable night in Vegas, where Cash rushes in to save Paige… and let’s just say what happens in Vegas definitely does not stay in Vegas.

One of my favorite parts was getting to catch up with all of our Coast to Coast favorites. Seeing those familiar faces made me fall in love with this world all over again. And after that epilogue, I am beyond ready for Reid and Micah’s story. Kathryn, you really couldn’t have given us just a tiny bit more? 😂

If there’s anything I love in this life, it’s a Kathryn Coin book.
I GOBBLED UP her first series, didn’t think it could get much better…..

I am such a sucker for a cowboy romance, and add in enemies to lovers and I’m sold immediately!

I absolutely loved Paige and Cash. Their banter, the tension, the reckless moments and then all those sweet little moments had me completely obsessed with them. Cash… THE MAN THAT YOU ARE!!

One of my favourite things about this book was how much thought went into the smaller details. Paige’s bond with her horse added so much to her character and made the story feel that little bit more special. I loved getting to know her properly and watching everything between her and Cash slowly fall into place.

This book had me laughing, crying, squealing and kicking my feet. Basically everything I want from a romance. There were so many moments where I was just sitting there with the biggest smile on my face.

And then THE KELLY'S MADE AN APPEARANCE!! I genuinely could not have been happier. Getting to see one of my favourite book families again felt like coming home, and I loved seeing little glimpses of where they are now.

Kat has once again managed to make me fall in love with her characters and this world. Another cowboy romance that I would wholeheartedly recommend

I think it's safe to say cowboy romances are officially my new obsession. This is only my third one, but I'm completely hooked.

The chemistry between Cash and Paige was undeniable from the very beginning, making this such a hard book to put down. Their banter was fun and flirty, but I especially loved the quieter moments when they let their guards down and showed their vulnerable sides.

The miscommunication trope isn't usually a favorite of mine, and I definitely think a lot of the heartbreak could have been avoided if they had been honest about their feelings sooner. That said, I understood why it unfolded the way it did. Paige needed time to grow into herself and believe she was worthy of the love Cash was offering, and in many ways, he had his own emotional growth to do as well. At the end, their journey felt rewarding and their HEA was earned.

What I loved the most about this book besides the excellent banter was the family dynamics. Paige and her brothers were a hoot and Cash fit right in with all the chaos. I’m counting the days until the next release!

Ughhh feels so good to read another book by Kathryn!!

You guys I'm over the moon with Paige and Cash!! Gosh the banter between these two!! Paige and Cash have had this lingering "crush" for each other so for long but have never made a move until an adventure calls for them on the road where things get heated between them. Sure they have the ups and downs but when the moment called for it, they both end up in Vegas for a wedding event and one thing lead to the other where the "recklessly" got tied in Vegas!!

It felt so wholesome and I love the found family trope and these characters are so fun! Especially with these siblings, you cannot go wrong with the Brooks'!!! But then the Kelly's!!! gosh it was good to get a glimpse of them too!!🥹

Paige is a tired of always being the little sister and often forgotten about. Cash is the worker on her family ranch that she used to be friends with until a moment changed everything between them. When they are forced to spend time together on a road trip, will a reckless moment ruin them?

I thought it was good. It is the first in a new series by this author. There are appearances by characters from her previous series about siblings. This time, the focus is on siblings who live on a ranch. The side characters keep things moving.

The spice was nice. I felt the first time was a little weirdly timed. Their whole relationship was very frustrating to me. It was so many one step forward and five million steps back. I also did not really get the reason they could not be together for real. I liked the characters so I kept hoping they would figure it out.

Overall, it was a good friends to enemies to more story.

Paige and Cash have been enemies since Paige made her move on Cash and he rejected her after her dad warned him off his daughters.
After a drunken night in Vegas they come to find out that they have married each other and need to find a way around this without Paige's family finding out....

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the plot, I felt that it didn't drag like some enemies to lovers tropes do and I enjoyed picking up my kindle to read this! I cannot wait to read the second book in this series!

Highly recommend that you read it when it is released on the 18th August!

I really loved this book. I'm into my cowboy era of reading.. This was funny, angsty, tender, and will drive you crazy with the tension between these two characters.

Paige and Cash have known each other since they were 18 when Cash started working at her family's ranch. Her father and brothers told him that Paige was off limits as far as dating went. They were close enough to be best friends and inseparable. She did try to make a move and kiss him but he bolted with her father's warning in the back of his mind. this has always been a spot of contention for her. will her father's move of sending her out with Cash on the rodeo circut help them overcome all their issues or will it be their undoing?

Gosh this is an epic live story. Your classic enemies to getting married in vegas. He has always carried a red hit flame for her she has also. Problem being he's the ranch hand and brothers best friend you know how that goes. Brother decks him. She realizes that he's the one. But not before the break up. Normally I hate the break up. But it does have its purpose. They both find out they do love one another during their break.
I did enjoy the revisit with the kellys. Something about that family you n vee want to let go of. Overall these two are swoon worthy especially him. And I know you will love every minute of their banter especially if you live for the emotional tension in a read.

Loved, loved, loved everything about this book. Was so sad to see the Coast to Coast series end but then Kathryn Coin hit gold with the start of the Brooks Valley Ranch series!!! Loved everything about Cash & Paige from the beginning to the end. The undeniable love Cash had for Paige was swoon worthy, not to mention hot as hell. The vulnerability he wore on his sleeve along with the loyalty he has for the whole Brooks family was perfection on sooo many levels. Well done Kathryn Coin, well done. Ugh! I’m already in love with the Brooks Family and I cannot wait to read all of the boys stories next. This one was a long awaited read for anyone who met Paige and Cash in Lottie’s story. And it absolutely hit the mark!!! Wa such a great storyline and I loved seeing these two come together the way they did. And how the Brooks family all came together in this! This book is SO good, and if you’ve read a book by Kathryn before, you know you get transported to wherever it is she’s writing about.

Cash and Paige may be my new favorite characters she’s written. Cash is a cowboy full of banter, and Paige has loved him since she was a teenager.

I am absolutely in my cowboy romance era right now, so the second she posted this one, I knew i needed to sign up!

Paige and Jesse are finally here! I’ve been waiting this story for what feels like forever and they own my entire heart I love them so much. The chemistry and banter is just so amazing, this book was written so beautifully but I already knew it was going to be because Kathryn never disappoints. I freaking love this family so much and I am so happy with how this series is gonna go so far. I am so excited for the next one!

Jesse and Paige get very drunk in Vegas and wakes up married to each other even though they cannot stand one another. These two are just so perfect for each other and I am so glad after all this tension and amazing chemistry they finally got their HEA because they deserve it!
