I highly recommend this novella after book 2. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Bridges book 2 and 3 and gives a lot of info you will need for the rest of the series and a bit of a back story in to sone new characters

Absolutely loved this novella! 🥹❤️ The crossover between Blood of Fae and Bloodwing Academy was everything, and I loved getting to see what Morgan, Draven and the others are up to now. 🥹 And their cute babies?! My heart! 😭❤️

It was so much fun getting these little glimpses into their lives, while also bringing the two worlds together. It’s definitely made me even more excited for what we’re likely to see in Bloodwing Academy book 4. Eek! 👀🔥

I love how this story blends both worlds. You can feel how much love is between the Morgan and Draven and the world where they live. Once they find out that Medra is alive in another world, they will stop at nothing to bring her home! This is a much for any fan of A Blood of a Fae and the Bloodwing Academy.

Welp! I need book 4 of the Bloodwing academy like NOW!!!

Omg, this is a novella, so it's short but I read this in one sitting!! I could not get enough of Morgan and Draven...and the babies!!! But also, add in medra, Blake, and orcades...

I was absolutely feral when Draven was getting so upset about staying behind on the rescue mission and then the end.... 🤯

I was really looking forward to this crossover novella because I absolutely love both Blood of a Fae and Bloodwing Academy, so seeing these two worlds collide was something I'd been excited for.

The character interactions were definitely the highlight for me. Briar Boleyn captures the love, loyalty, and fierce protectiveness of Morgan and Draven perfectly. The moment they discover that Medra is alive in another world immediately reminds you just how far they'd go to bring her home, and I loved seeing that unwavering devotion.

That said, I did come away feeling a little underwhelmed. I went into this expecting much more detail about how Medra ended up where she is, but it felt like such a significant moment was reduced to a throwaway comment. That was the part I was most excited to learn about, so I couldn't help wishing it had been explored in much greater depth.

As a bonus novella, it's still an enjoyable read and a lovely way to reconnect with characters I've grown to love. I just wanted a little more substance and world-building around the crossover itself.

Overall, if you're a fan of both series, it's definitely worth picking up. Just don't go in expecting all of the answers—I certainly finished wanting more.

This was a really fun enjoyable novella and was cool to see the characters in the future and seeing their happy endings come to life and seeing some happiness after so much devastation!!

Really loved them getting their twins and especially for Draven becoming the father he was always meant to be and just love all their moments with the twins and without and was just so perfect!!

Was so cool to see the series link together and seeing how a cross over is highly likely to come into the future of the bloodwing academy and Draven and Morgan knowing of Medra being alive but in more danger and the way Draven was so protective and took that father figure was so perfect!! And excited to see them hopefully reunite!!

I put this book down because I was worried it would ruin the next Briar Boleyn book I am waiting for. It didn't. It was a good filler until I bought new Briar Boleyn books and read the Blood of the Fae series, which I will start on before the end of this weekend. I am So Excited!! These are wonderful books, and I really enjoy reading them all. Great series, great fun.

Short and sweet. Kinda gives a view of the other side from Bloodwing Academy, while feeling like an epilogue to Blood of A Fae. No plot really, but I'm guessing this gives context for possible future events in Bloodwing Academy. MUST read A Blood of A Fae series before reading this to avoid spoilers!

Good bridging novella— I didn’t read Blood of a Fae before Bloodwing Academy so this helped me understand some of the connecting pieces I was missing in Bloodwing. Looking forward to the final Bloodwing Academy book even more now that I know some of these characters and backstory a little better!
