this cleared up my biggest frustration with the previous few volumes ("great! we got a canonical polycule! WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO SPEND SOME TIME BEING A POLYCULE") and i appreciated the author specifically calling that out as an important thing in the afterword. (also, her afterwords are freaking incredible, if you haven't been reading them you're missing out.)
props for actually managing to get me mad at satsuki while she was doing Evil Hot Girl Shit that kinda super worked for me aside from how mad it made me. and geeze, as much as i still had moments of wanting to scream my head off at her, renako has grown so freaking much!! it was so great to see her get her fighting spirit up in a situation that would've made her absolutely crumble just a few volumes before.

Comedy, Romance, and lots of Drama as well
Another great volume adds to Renako and everyone else's ever-expanding journey. This instalment delivers plenty of laughs, heartwarming romantic moments, and surprisingly intense drama that makes it feel as though a war is truly on the horizon. Not the FPS kind, but one fought in Renako's own world of girlfriends, friends, and families. Yup, love is war!
It's an enjoyable read overall, but I couldn't help feeling that the tone becomes somewhat inconsistent from chapter to chapter. As a result, readers may come away with mixed feelings about the story's handling of friendship, love, and the people standing in the way of Renako's happy throuple. There were also a few characters I found either irritating or a bit too over-the-top.
Even so, this is another volume that's incredibly difficult to put down once you get going. In a way, those tonal shifts may even contribute to that page-turning quality. I'm already looking forward to the next volume, though I also hope there's enough breathing room for all these emotions to settle before Renako's ultimate showdown with the final boss.

Pensé que lo de Satsuki tomaría más tiempo de preparación, pero directamente le explotó en la cara a Renako. Ya debería estar acostumbrado a que Mikami de repente meta violencia física, pero siempre es shockeante.
Y, me causa mucha gracia ver que Renako sea tan posesiva que no quiera ver a sus dos novias un poco más intimas entre sí.

All over the place
This book is all over the place trying to be a series of short stories to connect the previous books with the plan going forward.
Poorly put together, and to make things worse, the one positive story was only mildly so and destroyed before the day was out.
Not sure if I’m going to buy/read the next one to be honest.

Honestly I just want to get this over with, really not of a fan of the translation and direction. Probably the last one I’ll read
