⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
very easy read. i don’t normally like the dynamic where one character teaches the other about sex, but this one wasn’t written in a way that had me cringing every 2 seconds. my two issues come from the conflict and the build up. first, the conflict felt off to me. the foundation didn’t feel set up enough to warrant such a reaction from evan. second, the writing was easy. which is never a bad thing, but i just wasn’t as engaged as i could’ve been. the stakes felt low as far as their relationship for most of the book.
all in all, a good read.

Too much of the same
I stopped reading this book at page 217, 100 pages before the end, because everyone and their grandmother could see where the book was heading and it was becoming really repetitive in the way the spicy scenes were described, the calm of Victor and Evan’s eagerness… couldn’t finish it, but until that page it was pretty good, unfortunately. Author should’ve just quit and skipped the last 100 pages lol

Did Not Finish
June 19, 2026I got bored at 90%. Same thing, different sentence structure. Lots of Victor 'breaking his control' and lots of 'his eyes met mine in a way that said......he looked at me in a way that said......'
