Secret behind secrets!!! Had a good time!!
Love happens when you least expect it. Life is not always what you it. Secrets can be your biggest downfall or it can be your blessing. Family is not always blood. Family will do you the dirtiest. Let’s chat
Tattiana, lives that soft girl life as a cartel princess. My girl lives her best life and a daddies girl or so she thought🫣. I have to say, her paying for her father debt is so unfair. Let that had be me, yeah I wouldn’t make it cause ain’t no way😒. However, she’s not as innocent as she portray to be. Babygirl has a bag of secrets herself. Tati was a little slow though, what made her think she could escape the plan? Girl you know the life your family live🤭. I wasn’t expecting what happened to happen but ya boy Kaseem was already ahead of the game. He came for what was his. One this for sure, she was not going to let anyone play her. She had no issue holding her own and I loved it. The way she put them paws on ole girl had me in tears🤣. Stop playing with her.Now these secrets🤔. I think she has a baby somewhere but only time will tell. I need to know what her auntie holding over her head. One thing I do know is, I’m liking the route she and Kaseem is headed in. Just hope whatever she’s hiding is not her downfall.
Kaseem, is that 🥷🏽 and he knows it. I honestly wouldn’t say he’s mean or cocky cause he not. He’s honestly just direct and to the point🥰. He has no time for games. Wanting and doing all that needs to be done to earn what rightfully his, he wasn’t expecting a business transaction to turn into something more and so soon - Tattiana🤭. Ya boy was smitten by ya girl. My guy tried to fight them feelings but he couldn’t. She was giving him things no other has and that was being real and herself🥰. My girl got my guy all in them feelings to where he did something he didn’t think he would - care about her feelings and what she thought of him. Not only that, he took it a step further🥰. Oh but his mother, yeah it’s something about her. I’m unsure on what exactly but in time it will all come to play. I hope whatever it is worth his mother, it does affect them. The other concern is, I hope her secrets don’t have anything to do with the drama in the streets.
This was a read full of mess, secrets, lies, power, loyalty and betrayal. One thing Bonnie is going to is give you a mess good time along with strong minded FMC. There are so many questions left unanswered in this read especially with Tati father & Kaseem brother Zaire and I can’t wait until book 2 drops.

Every Time!
Bonnie can bring together an arranged marriage and with this one she didn't miss. TATI thought she was about to bounce to avoid this marriage she didn't want. Hell, she has a man. Don't know what kind of discernment Kassem had but he snatched her right from her car before she could bounce. Neither is happy about this. Hell, one of Kassem's tricks was still in his bed upon their arrival. That wasn't pretty.
An incident occurred at his doorstep, Tati helped with her cybersecurty skills. People were identified. Shipment was intercepted. Retaliation was swift from the enemy and hurt my heart. There's going to be smoke all through this city by the Carters. And I think Tati is going to have her husband's back still just as he's already started doing for her.
One thing I will say is Kadeem better get a handle on Zuri's behind. I'm pumped and readyyyy.

ARC Review
This book definitely kept me hooked from beginning to end. The storyline was intense, emotional, and full of unexpected twists. What starts off as a forced situation slowly turns into something much more complicated, and I really enjoyed watching the relationship development unfold. The tension kept the story moving the entire time.
Just when I thought I had an idea of where things were going, the ending completely caught me off guard. That cliffhanger was wild and now I need the next book immediately. If you enjoy suspense and stories that keep you invested the whole way through, this is definitely worth the read.

Drawn-out Cliffhanger
This book had too many loose ends and no resolution. The premise was good: one Dad wants to ensure a legacy of power, the other Dad has a secret to protect. It’s a sound enough start for the arranged marriage trope, however the author quickly falls flat on the character building with a lack of relationship development.
Is Zaire the oldest or middle child? Where was he the whole story that he kept getting mentioned but never even a phone call. There were a couple of names mentioned once with no context and then dropped. Like the FMC’s “secret” that has her paying thousands weekly. Does she have a secret child she’s taking care of or something? The whole ‘she disappointed her mother’ and they haven’t had a relationship since was weak with no context. Is the blackmailing Aunt on the Mom’s side of the family? Just a whole lot of open strings with no bearing on the story. If there’s a connection between all the secrets and overbearing mamas then it should have been shown before the abrupt ending.
The rival Brick Boyz seem to move smarter and with more force than the MMC. The Carter family is lacking and the Mom was annoying. It gives stereotypical “boy mom” with her constantly testing Tatti and being catty for no reason. Also, if it was the Dad’s organization to pass to his son, then why is the Mama the first one wanting to jump into action making calls and whatever? Tatti didn’t ask for this, and if she had been written with a better personality then she would be the one getting sympathy. There were too many loose ends and no resolution. The first half of the book dragged and by the time it looked like the story was moving in a clear direction, it ended smh.

I was fortunate to read an ARC copy & the entire time I was thinking “Is Bonnie gonna leave me having on a cliff!?” And she did not disappoint! I am hanging off this cliff by one dreadloc & I LOVE Bonnie for it. I can’t wait to see what the big secret is & who’s in on it!

Bonnie did it again with this book Kaseem and Tattiana story was crazy and wild and Secrets was popping up.it start off with Tattiana get kidnapped by her future husband Kaseem because she didn’t want to marry him and Kaseem that sexy god was not playing with her about her try to escape. It crazy how he was like u not going anywhere we going to get married no if and or buts about it .Tattiana was a thick smart woman because she was into computer and she help Kaseem find out who left a body at his house . Kaseem mother was making me mad a little because she keep giving Tattiana the third degree.Her father and auntie they can goes somewhere because why u blackmailing ur family and why u cheating on u wife.His brother is a playboy and was like Tattiana friend and want to see her. I can’t wait to see what next love this book recommend you read.

First off I want to say this book is hands down good af. I can’t wait for book two to drop. When I say Kaseem is a real Dallas nigga just know he is really unhinged and Tatti my girl went from been kidnapped to in love with KAseem. I give this book 10 out of 10 yes Bonnie Blanco keep up the good work and good reads Sista.

100% yes, the wait was definitely worth it. & in true Bonnie fashion that cliffhanger was mind blowing. I’m itching for that next book!! Tattiana & Kaseems slow evolution has me in my feels a little bit but in a good way.. I can’t wait to see what she’s hiding😮💨 let the countdown begin til pt 2 😩

Possible Spoilers because I talk too much lol…..Babyyyyyyy I could not put the book down. I need part two today lol. True love happens when you least expect it. I never felt so nosey in my life because Tatti what is the secret? Is it a baby….because how is who doing? Now we all know secrets can either make or break a marriage especially when the mother in law doesn’t play.
Tattiana paying her father’s debt with her life is the selfishness of a man. To watch that same man hold so many skeletons in his closet is wild. I thought Tatti was a pretty pretty princess but my girl got that DAWG in her lol. I’m loving the way Kaseem and Tatti love is blooming. I really hope the drama, war and secrets won’t tear them apart.

If you’re a fan of arranged marriage, forced proximity, and a cold, emotionally unavailable MMC who slowly realizes he’s met his match… this one is worth picking up.
Tatti is independent, confident, and refuses to let anyone especially her new husband break her spirit. When a family arrangement forces her into a marriage with Kaseem Carter, she quickly learns that he’s all business and determined to keep things strictly transactional.
What Kaseem doesn’t expect is a wife who won’t be intimidated. Their constant push & pull, clashing personalities, and undeniable chemistry made watching their relationship evolve the best part of the story. Seeing Kaseem struggle with emotions he’d spent his whole life burying added another layer to his character.
I also appreciated the family dynamics, even when they had me side-eyeing certain characters. They helped shape why Kaseem is the man he is without overshadowing the romance.

Am i going to finish the series? Maybe but i may skim and scan just to see how things turned out. It was a lot of lost points for me. Z was basically in the wind then waala he’s supposedly dead by the enemy. No details on the relationship btw Tatti and her mother. What is the life that she initially kept mentioning that she had going on outside the situation? Kas, mom, do you want to fck your son at this point? What’s the deal with her. Wasn’t really fond of the mommas boy narrative. Also, they supposed to be the most powerful and letting corner boys infatuate them. I’m sure Kas parents will blame him since he refused their help. Two stars for the visuals , I’m a crazed visual guh.

I Might Just Be Falling For You!
Bonnie Bonnie Bonnie!!! Girllllll you and these door stories and cliffhangers have me looking for Newport shorts in Yule soft pack and I don’t even smoke 😂😂😂 The Carters are about to tear the city up the Brick Boyz better get ready. I’m loving that Tattiana and Kaseem are not beefing anymore and letting things flow naturally and baby I need to know her secrets I’m sick of her aunt. Her dad wowwww I wasn’t expecting that at all. This book is good. 10/10

Love has a way
Of covering a multitude of sins. I love the energy. The decisions by both FMC and MMC to embrace the feelings they were both starting to feel and get married based off those feelings instead of just the arrangement. Letting go of control appears to be a family inherited gene, from mom to son. That life...and books like this expresses love can still exist and flourish even during the most hostile of times.
I am going on to the next book so it definitely got my attention.

great book
This book had me hooked from the very first chapter. The chemistry between the main characters was intense, the tension kept building, and there were plenty of twists that kept me turning the pages. The emotional moments balanced the drama well, and I appreciated how the characters developed throughout the story. If you enjoy dark romance, arranged marriage tropes, possessive heroes, and high-stakes emotional conflict, this is definitely worth reading. I couldn’t stop until I reached the ending and I’m already looking forward to reading more from Bonnie Blanco.

If there is one thing my good sis Bonnie Blanco knows how to write is an arranged marriage and Forced Marriage did not disappoint. The book is a slow burn but there is plenty happening to keep you invested. Kidnapping, secrets, FMC got hands, a mean MMC (just my type). I loved the progression and change of the dynamics between Kaseem and Tattiana. The change was organic and not forced (bruh did kidnap her). But that ending! 🫣😩! I’m so ready for book 2.

Read this whole book and the only “secret “ that was exposed was the daddy. I still have no idea what the FMC secret is. I don’t know what Kadeem’s dad wanted to tell him about their ops because he never went back to talk to his dad. Where the heck was Zaire. It’s so many questions that’s not answered but how convenient it was the FMC and Kadeem to fall for each other 4 days in. FOH!!

Forced Matrimony with an Unhinged Menace had me hooked the entire time. The chemistry, tension, and chaos kept me turning pages. But that ending? Absolutely not. Ending on a huge cliffhanger without a second book available is wild. I needed answers, not emotional damage. If you’re okay with unresolved endings, you’ll probably enjoy it more than I did. The story itself was entertaining, but the lack of closure knocked my rating down.

This started out hot and it didn't disappoint! Poor Tattiana didn't know what to think but she found out real quick that her life was about to change! There was no choice, she had to do this for her family! What will happen next in this crazy series, can't wait to find out! The Carter's are going to be out for blood after that phone call Namier just received! Great start to this series, my only complaint is there are many grammatical errors, editing is needed!
