Love Changed Everything

Rate this book
Legend Carter has always been fine enough to get any woman he wants. Keeping one is a whole different story.

With hazel eyes, long locs, a body women cannot stop staring at, and charm that opens doors all over Houston, Legend has spent his whole life letting his looks carry him. He is street-smart, smooth, and impossible to resist—but beneath the swagger is a man with no real education, no direction, and no clue how to build a future with anybody.

Then he meets Amara Vaughn.

Beautiful, accomplished, and too sharp to fall for a pretty face alone, Amara is nothing like the women Legend is used to dealing with. She sees straight through his game, calls out every weakness he has been hiding, and makes it clear that chemistry will never be enough to make her stay.

For the first time in his life, Legend wants more than a hot summer fling.

Determined to become the kind of man Amara could truly love, he trades easy attention for hard lessons, old habits for real ambition, and empty confidence for a chance at a better life. As their attraction turns into something deeper, Legend begins to believe love did not just find him—it rescued him.

But some secrets are too cruel to survive the heat.

By the end of the summer, Legend will learn that love can change a man completely… and still leave him with nothing but heartbreak.

Sexy, emotional, and packed with betrayal, desire, and a devastating final twist, Love Changed Everything is an unforgettable urban romance novella from Iris Stone.
