A great way to spend a lazy afternoon! This is a definite page turner that will have readers on the edge of their seats, following ex Chicago detective Jason Wolfe as he makes a decision that invites friendship and danger at the same time.
Follow Jason and his dog as he helps a determined mother find her missing daughter! I couldn't put this book down! I am sure you will find it to your liking!

issues

Readable and enjoyed but hero started out driving a truck and next thing I know he is driving a sedan. Another issue is the event that got him fired was because of his reaction to felon on robbery/abuse of elderly person and later in book it was children. Did no one else find this strange?

Enjoyable first novel featuring Jason Wolfe, former Chicago Detective.

I enjoyed this first novel featuring Jason Wolfe and hope to read more from this author in the future. The characters are colorful and real, not super heroes, but interesting.

This book had so many contradictions it made me dizzy. I liked the story idea but felt that the writing was elementary. The editing was not much better. The ideas weren't organized and it was not an enjoyable read.
