Final book of the series!! And what an end!!
I won’t recommend to read it as a standalone.
If you are into:
✅enemies to lovers (but like real enemies!!!)
✅insta lust 🌶️🌶️🌶️
✅trauma past
✅betrayal (not btw MC)
✅virgin heroine / experienced MFC (will let this one slide)

I am glad we didn’t wait too much btw books as the overall plot is dragged btw books.
I think the whole series was amazing and Max/Nika are among my fav characters. I always love a strong heroine and a cold detached MMC.

This book is so amazing! I’m always down for a Mafia Romance book and after a long time I’ve read a very interesting one. This is actually Book 5 of Bratva Brotherhood series but it can be read as standalone too. If you’re into mafia romance and enemies to lovers and on top of that captor/captive romance? Then this one’s for you! This should be your next 5 ⭐️.
It is about revenge between two mafia families, each following their own sets of events (heard by their trustees) as a reason for vengeance against the other. This book is filled with secrets, many unexpected betrayals from very close people & shared trauma.
It also teaches a lot of important lessons in life. We jump to conclusions and waste our precious time, which could be used correctly if we’re not in rush. It also shows the heavy baggage we carry on our shoulders which was never meant to be ours. But life takes such turns that we, even as children, think that we deserve all the hatred, pain or suffering we receive.
👫 Characters:-
Anika Kozlov, the female main character, is strong, fierce & loyal woman who has gone through a number of betrayals and trauma in childhood at Chaos Island, which drives her strong need for vengeance. After everything she went through, she had only Dimitri, who helped her train and focus on her revenge. But when it finally happens, she gains a broader view of what actually happened. Which leaves her overwhelmed with emotions, as believing it would mean that all she knew since childhood was a lie and not believing it would mean blinding herself from reality.
Mad Max, the male main character, is ruthless, strong, fierce & the Pakhan’s most loyal enforcer. He never fails to follow the Pakhan’s orders and is loyal enough to take revenge for his Pakhan as if it were his own. He’s been through so much trauma, abuse and also holds guilt that should never be wished upon even an enemy.
🎬 Final thoughts:-
I would like to say that this book was written so well and explains how, even in what we think could be the worst-case scenarios, looking from another perspective or trying to understand the situation or person better can change everything. We won’t have to suffer as much as we think we have to or already assume how a specific situation will turn out.

His Lethal Attraction is the fifth book in the Bratva Brotherhood series. Maxim, also known as Mad Max is extremely loyal to his Pakhan Roman. They have been dealing with someone who has been messing with the family. Endangering women, leaving clues that leads to danger and even making people look like traitors so they turn against each other. They are ready for this to be over. They just found out this person is Nika, Roman’s daughter and are completely shocked because they thought she was dead. Roman tells Maxim to bring back his daughter. He need to know why she never called and why is she messing with their lives. All she demanded was her mother’s locket that Roman has. Maxim leaves with the locket to fine her but he doesn’t want to bring her back. He wants her dead for everything she has done to them. When he comes face-to-face with her for the first time, he doesn’t expect the instant attraction. Now it’ll be more fun to kill her.
Nika has been doing everything she can to destroys Roman’s life. She is not remorseful at all. She wants him to lose everything. She does not care who gets hurt. She believes Roman killed her mother. She wants him to suffer along with everyone who followed him. All she wants is her mother’s locket so she can be finished with everyone. She knows Max is coming to get her and will not make it easy. If she has to kill him she will. When they meet, she is caught off guard with how much she is attracted to him. They have so much chemistry, they even want each other when they fight. She wants him dead since he is Roman’s deadliest enforcer, but soon they both start discovering things where neither knows the truth about what happened. Now they want to find out the truth even if it means working together.
Ava Zane had me on the edge of my seat. From the minute they meet, the chemistry was undeniable. When they fought, it seemed like they were dancing. Their attraction was so intense. I felt bad for Max. He wants to know why she did all this and even though he wanted her dead, something happened and instead he wanted to protect her. I also felt bad for Nika after meeting Maxim she does not know what to believe and started second guessing herself and feeling guilt. They had very hot scenes. They were always trying to play the other using their attraction to each other. I was pacing by the end of the book. It was a truly emotional rollercoaster. It was filled with drama, heat, danger, secrets, action, suspense, humor, and cruel shocking twists.

A favorite in this series! After so many secrets, betrayals, painful truths, and unanswered questions, we finally get the conclusion, and it was worth the wait. I love it when a book makes me emotional and breaks my heart, and this one did exactly that. It also gave me serious Mr. & Mrs. Smith vibes... with all the hotness to match. 🔥 Max and Nika start as enemies fueled by hatred, revenge, and mistrust. She's the long-thought-dead daughter of his Pakhan, determined to avenge her mother, while he's loyal to the man she believes destroyed her life. To make matters worse, she's responsible for much of the pain his family suffered. Yet the tension between them was undeniable, and once they're forced into close proximity, truths begin to unravel and everything they thought they knew turns out to be a lie. More than once, Max seemed torn between killing her and kissing her, and the push and pull, resentment, desire, and emotional vulnerability between them were intense. Max is ruthless, loyal, dangerous, and morally black, but beneath that is a man carrying years of guilt, pain, and trauma. Learning more about his past broke my heart. Nika is strong, determined, and consumed by vengeance, only to discover that the truth is far darker than she ever imagined. Their relationship wasn't easy, and they fought it every step of the way until they finally fell... and they fell hard. I loved them together.

So the first thing I want to say is that I absolutely LOVE the way the author writes her books. This series was so amazing I was out of my mind before the release of her new books were published.
Anika and Max were so lethal and made for each other that they felt attraction from the very first moment they met. This book is full of fights, emotional parts and even betrayal of the closest ones. The plot twist was so good I was SHOCKED but I felt so bad toward Nika for Dimitri the way he had different plans and his betrayal would be worse to her since Dima was the only person she trusted the most. My heart broke when I read Max's childhood story and how traumatic it was for him. They both went through so much that they found relief in each other. I thought there would be much more scenes of father-daughter moments but what we got is still satisfying. I loved how Nika's and Max's relationship evolved and how they developed feelings with each other withot noticing. Towards the end of the book I loved how everyone just accepted her despite her wrong doings in the past and how they welcomed her.
In the end, I enjoyed reading this book. I, personally, finished it in less than 12hrs. The smut was SO GOOOOOD you will enjoy it if you love a little Innocent fight before spice scenes🤭🤭🤭

Unhinged. Lustful. Badass FMC. This was the biggest whirlwind in the best possible way. I feel so many things after reading this and I am constantly asking “What the heck did I just read?! Did that really happen!? Did I read that right?” You would unpack some information that made you feel like you were tracking everything happening and then BOOM! More information would rise to the surface that you knew was coming but didn't know when. Once it did happen, you feel totally unprepared for it all.

Me ha gustado especialmente descubrir más sobre los acontecimientos de la Isla de los Huesos y ver cómo encajan algunas piezas del puzle, aunque todavía quedan muchos misterios por resolver. Y sí, ese final vuelve a dejarte con ganas de más.
Anika y Max tienen una historia intensa, llena de emociones, tensión y momentos que te mantienen pegada a las páginas. Además, volver a encontrarme con personajes de los libros anteriores siempre es un punto a favor.
Si estás siguiendo Bratva Brotherhood, este libro es una lectura imprescindible. Y si te gustan las historias de mafia con romance, secretos y personajes que dejan huella, esta serie merece una oportunidad.

What an ending to the series! The was probably one of the best enemies to lovers of be read. This book should be read as part of the series to fully comprehend the emotion and plot twists.
This book wraps up what happened in the Bratva Brotherhood series. In this story we have a lethal and loyal enforcer fight his own demons and wants in order to seek justice on his found families behalf.
On the other side of all this chaos is the not so lost daughter of the Pakhan, Anika Kozlov (Nika). Nika is fierce and fueled by vengeance for what she believed happened to her mother years ago.
The two somehow find love based on mutual respect and discover the truth to Nika’s past.

This was my favorite book in the series! A thrilling and emotional finale that wrapped up the series beautifully. After following these characters through so many lies, secrets, and heartbreaking moments, this finale delivered everything I was hoping for.
Max and Nika are definitely my favorite charcters. Their enemies to lovers journey felt believable because neither of them gave in easily. The constant conflict, emotional tension, and undeniable attraction kept me hooked from beginning to end.
I also loved how all the unanswered questions from previous books finally came together.
Can't wait to see what autor has planed next. :)

ARC REVIEW: I really liked this book, they start off true enemies and try to kill eachother, then fall for eachother, a true Enemies to Lovers trope. It was such a journey for your brain but also for your emotions. Nika goes through almost every single emotion through this book. Rage, Hate, Confusion, Lust, Love, Guilt etc. She goes through it all. But the one good this is that Max understood what was going on to an extent and helped her through it just by being there for her. He may be a killer but he has a heart too and went through his own journey as well. I highly recommend this book and series.

Along with the first book in the series, this fifth installment is an absolute knockout. Two unhinged protagonists collide, turning every interaction—including the steamy scenes—into pure dynamite.
While part of the plot was predictable well in advance, it was executed brilliantly nonetheless.
The book is packed with intensity, suppressed emotions, and suspense, and the second half is loaded with smut.
It also looks like the series isn't over yet.
My only gripe is that everyone simply accepted what happened to Sascha without question.
Highly recommended.

My favourite book in the series so far!!! I absolutely loved Max and Nika’s story- I felt like all the other books in the series were leading us to Nika’s story and boy it did not disappoint!!
The attraction and heat between these two characters had me sweating! They were absolutely fierce and explosive together and when they finally gave in to that attraction it was fireworks 🎆
This book had it all- plot, twists and turn, and of course lots of spice 🌶️
A definite must read but definitely read the other books in the series first!

The series has reached its conclusion. Roman's lost daughter has shown herself to be on the opposite side. He sends Max to bring Nika home. Max has other ideas. Once they meet, they start figuring out what's actually going on. Nika starts doubting what she's been told. The threads in that came to light in the prior books were resolved in a satisfying conclusion. While the first two books are still my favorite, this one is very close. What an explosive finale! It absolutely nails the ending with a wild, heart-wrenching ride. Max and Nika completely steal the show, delivering an enemies-to-lovers arc packed with stubborn friction and insane chemistry. Every single loose thread is perfectly tied up, making this an absolute must-read conclusion.

The earlier books all lead to this.
A woman who’s heart was ripped out of her chest as a child and then got brainwashed in a revenge plan. And a man crushed my guilt and trauma who has to decide if he obeys his pakhan or protect him.
I loved the story and really connected with the characters but the end felt a bit rushed. I would have loved it if the reconcilliation between Nika and her dad was a bit longer. But loved it nonetheless!

What a way to end an interconnected stand alone series, I highly enjoyed this ending! Loved the enemies to lovers as that is one of my fav tropes

This is the fifth book in the Bratva Brotherhood series. It’s a dark, enemies to lovers mafia romance. The plot is steamy and filled with danger, grief, violence, drama and love. It’s engaging and gripping. A page turner. I am voluntarily leaving this review.

Go ahead and lock me in a cabin with that man. 🥵🥵 The surprise twist completely caught me off guard, and I loved every second of it. Beautifully written, emotionally engaging, and everything I hoped it would be.
