Omar…yesss

This book was well thought out and put together! Omar and Asha story played out with the original plot thickening. Now Asha pissed me off when she was safe and then still snuck out like she didn’t understand the risk and the situation.. like sit down and be humble my word. Nene was a great bestie and I am forever in awe of her. Omar whew omarrrrrr that second in command baby! And I don’t know why everyone thinks Rashid is going to sit back and let folks talk about his daddy! Nope not when we don’t know what’s going on with him. Can’t wait for book 3.. such a good read

Okay, so this was like a 4.5. It was great however I felt like it was flat and boring and repetitive at times. And we barely got to see the romance between Omar and Asha. Other than that it was great to unravel the mystery of how their father died so I'm excited to see how the series ends. I do recommend it, it's a great read just not what I expected but still good enough to read! I just loved Kadeem the most 😍😍 She should have done the order of brother in reverse. Because Rashid seems boring too. Just a hothead who barely gets involved in the family business but again it will be nice to see it all come full circle.

Phenomenal Read!!!

This was definitely a page turner.. I couldn’t put it down. The author keeps you wanting more. Asha ran me hot!! Especially after pulling that last lil stunt sneaking out. Like giiirrrlll sit yo behind down somewhere!!! With everything going on you making this man have to stop what he’s doing to come find your silly behind. At first I thought the leak was from Nene. I’d like to see if her and Hames start something too… I can’t wait til Book 3 comes out!!!! Keep writing and I’ll definitely keep reading!!!!

When You Look For Answers Always Look Close

YGCola, lord today. I love this series. I think the sibling bond is one that is a true thing. I think baby boy is gonna turn out in a powerful way. Ausha almost cause more damage than she knew. I hope the mother isn't in this with Storm. I knew he was to attentive. To many things are pointing to him. That leads me to hope he is still alive🤔 jealousy and envy will have a person do the most. And that's just what he did. The daddy is alive I feel it in my bones.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗so glad I stumbled upon you

Good storyline, but….

…editing needs to be a bit more polished. An event was referenced (about Kadeem) in past tense a chapter before it even occurred. And Asha got to be the DUMBEST FMC ever! Why sneak out to go to the grocery store of all places when you KNOW you’re being hunted. I’m still gonna read (hopefully) the last book because I want to know what happened to Malik, not necessarily for Rashid’s YN shenanigans. Decent series to pass the time with I guess.

Another one

This is the second book in the series. These Baptiste men are no joke. They work as a unit and protect their love ones. I thought this author did a fantastic job writing this book. I knew I had to read it because I couldn't wait. I'm praying that this author doesn't have us waiting long.

Dem Baptiste Brothers!

I’m fully invested and upset that book 3 is not out yet. Just when it gets good and to the action it’s over!?!?! I lowkey knew something was off with dude from the paper Omar peeped. I’m happy Asha was able to get away for the first and last time and OMAR! He really that dude though but I already know RB’s book is about to be wild!

Love lost and recovered. 😍

The Baptiste brothers are something else. This book is about Omar. Omar is the enforcer in the family. Omar lives alone handles business. He runs into his childhood sweetheart Asha. Their story is nice. It is really a love loss and recovered. The author did a wonderful job with this book. I'm anxiously waiting for book Three.

what a ride

I can’t wait to see how this is all Going to unfold.

I felt that the leak was stone from book 1.

How will the brothers handle their father’s right hand possibly being the person who betrayed them?
