Good Set Up

First Breath was a really enjoyable sci-fi read with a unique setup. I liked the mix of space survival with the small-town feel inside the ship—it made the story feel different from a lot of sci-fi I’ve read. The characters were easy to get invested in, and the mystery kept me curious about what was really going on. It was a little slower in places, but overall I thought it was an interesting and engaging start to the series.
