"There aren’t enough words in these archives to articulate the way my heart beats for you.”
The Sundered Soul is the fourth and final book in The Wolf Queen Chronicles. Expect emotional turmoil, a reunion that melts your heart, and love that bites.
Full Blurb:
Winter, Westley, Everett, and Emrys fell directly into a trap. Winter must fend for herself against an evil witch and basilisk while the others are forced to remain inside a wicked cabin.
Time is draining as quickly as Winter’s glittering blood. In a desperate attempt to stall her impending death, she reveals Caldwell Archive’s best kept secret—it’s connected to the Immortal Realm. She insists Kaden’s mother can help him transition back to his mage form, but there is one major flaw to this plan. Winter doesn’t know how to access the bridge.
Meanwhile, Westley must work with Everett and Emrys to escape the cabin. Staying strong is imperative, but his heart becomes weaker the longer he is apart from his mate. He’ll do whatever it takes to find her again, even if that means shredding the world apart.
Will Winter survive her captors’ grip long enough to reunite with Westley, or will she be stolen away forever? There’s also the matter of the gold—growing, growing, growing. To live happily ever after, Winter and Westley must grab destiny by her gilded horns and twist.
B. L. Lewis is the author of The Wolf Queen Chronicles. When she’s not falling into fictional worlds, she’s crafting her own. She writes fantasy and paranormal stories with a heavy dash of romance. Banter is her favorite language, and she has a soft spot for happy endings, witches, and monsters.

Truly honoured to have had the opportunity to read the conclusion to this incredible series first, and watch it take shape. The perfect conclusion, emotionally satisfying, heartwarming, spicy, a little sad - basically everything you could want in a series finale. The call backs to the rest of the series are gorgeously executed.
I can’t believe it’s over (cue tears). What a journey with Winter from the very beginning of The Magicless Mage to the end of The Sundered Soul. My spirit animal is finally home. She’s loved, she’s cherished, she’s strong, and oh so resilient. And she’s happy. I couldn’t have asked for more.
This book has all the ingredients that make B.'s writing so special. We have my favorite banter and witty one-liners. Those little moments of levity add so much depth, balancing the heavier moments with laughter exactly when you need it. Winnie and Winter give "twisted sisters" a whole new meaning!
Then there's the found family, which delivered once again. I want to stop by Mags' for a cup of tea and tease her about a certain wolf. There's spice, and it's delicious. There's tension. There's adventure. And finally, we have Winter embracing the Queen she was always meant to be.
Watching West finally step into his role as Winter's mate and husband and become the steady presence she needed made my heart go pitter patter. He will always be a bit grumpy (and we love him for it), but seeing how far he's come and what it took to get him here was chef's kiss.
I also loved that we got more of Mellie and Mags. Two incredibly strong women who always stood firmly in Winter's corner. Their unwavering love and support for her made them such special parts of this story.
As sad as I am to say goodbye to these characters, I feel incredibly lucky that I found them and this author and got to experience this journey. Winter and West (and obviously Ev!) will always have a special place in my heart. ♥️
This is the last installment in The Wolf Queen Chronicles and it did not dissapoint!
It has been a fun and emotional ride following Winter's journey. I love this author's writing a lot. Always a perfect balans of trauma, humor and spice. It was so enjoyable and easy to read.
I love how almost every character got their moment in this last book. And there are so many loveable characters in this series btw!! I will miss them so much. I am honestly so proud of Winter of how she has grown so much. An amazing FMC, it couldn't have been any better.
I think the story got its beautiful ending. Everything came together nicely. I absolutely loved it!
Thank you B.L. Lewis for sharing this magical series with us!
👻 book 4/4 completed fantasy series 🍑 open door spice 👻 multiple POVs 🍑 MFM relationship 👻 found family 🍑 time travelling / interdimensional travelling 👻 fated mates 🍑 why choose
Firstly a huge thank you to the author for this eARC!
~𝗠𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀~ I cannot believe this series is over 😭 it has been such a whirlwind of a series and left me with so many thoughts and feels 🥹
I think this book was a perfect note to end on. The author took us on an action packed quest and then finished with everything nicely wrapped up at the end. Nothing felt rushed and I love how the last part of the book focused on completing everyone's journey 🥹
Even though romance plays a huge part in this series, I am really glad that the romance took a bit of a step back in this one so that the focus could be on FMC Winter and how she conquered the darker parts of herself and how she ended up being who she is in the end.
The book felt very nostalgic in that when you look back at what Winter and MMC West have gone through since book 1, you can really see their development over the series and thats such a testament to the author making the characters and their story the focus of the series 🥹
On a less emotional note, getting West, Winter and MMC Everett together finally made me squeal and now I fear I need more why choose reads 🤭
𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹, I am so sad this series is now finished but it truly was such a journey. On a personal note, this series was my first beta read and I feel like I've learnt so much so thank you BL for trusting me and letting me ramble in the Google Doc comments as I went 🤣
I have been fortunate enough to have been part of the Wolf Queen Chronicles team since book one. Just knowing that this is the final book is so bittersweet. But..... I will say it was so well written, as always. And B left her fans with an amazing ending.
This book did put my emotions on a rollercoaster. Anger, sadness, joy, love, and happiness. I truly don't know how to express just how happy yet sad I am with this book.
Winter has struggled to find where she belongs. West and Emmitt and their pack offer her the love, acceptance, and home that she has always longed for. And they accept her, all of her. Mags & Mellie are two strong, fierce women that I would love to call friends and family. These characters have truly become like a second family to me. I have been fully invested in their lives and adventures. And I don't know what I'm going to do without their next adventure. But....They have all finally come home and are happy, which is the perfect ending to this series. Thank you, BL, for sharing Winter and all the other characters with us. I received an advance review copy at no cost, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am NOT okay after this book 😭❤️ it took me a few days of finishing to process my thoughts. There’s something so bittersweet about finishing a series you’ve been reading since book one, and The Sundered Soul absolutely broke my heart in the best way. I’ve watched these characters fight, love, lose, and find their way back to each other. Saying goodbye to them felt incredibly emotional.
Winter and Westley’s love completely wrecked me. The desperation of being separated, the sacrifices they were willing to make, and the lengths they would go to find each other had my heart aching the entire time. And that reunion?! MELTED ME 🥹❤️
This finale gave me all the emotional turmoil, high stakes, heart, and love I could have asked for. It’s a beautiful ending to a series that has held my heart since book one, even if I’m not quite ready to let these characters go.
A beautiful finale that made me laugh, hurt, cry, and ultimately left me feeling so incredibly full ✨🐺❤️
BETA READ 💁♀️💕 THANK YOU! This is the first series where I got to read all books in advance and it feels a little surreal that it's over. 🥲 I will miss this world, but my heart is full. 💓
B delivered a fantastic conclusion to The Wolf Queen Chronicles, where each character is granted their final spotlight, and small nods to previous books feel like easter eggs that had me feeling like a kid on the hunt! 😄
Crying in the first chapter was not on my bingo card, but emotions are high and stakes are even higher, so buckle up and enjoy the ride! 🔥😏
Absolutely blown away by this series 👏 The finale is of epic proportions. The prophecy has come to light and the plot just kept on coming. Couldn't tell where it was going but loved seeing it unfold. Winter, Westley and Everett make such a badass throuple. Loved seeing all of the characters and their growth throughout the series.
So thankful to B.L. Lewis for having me on her team for this journey 🫶
Oh my god! I have been able to read this book at multiple stages and let me tell you I am bloody well obsessed! This book will absolutely keep you hooked start to finish! An epic conclusion to a 4 book series! 10/10 an absolutely amazing all encompassing conclusion!
I have loved to see Winter and Wes grow throughout this series as well as seeing all of the side characters and exploring their lives! Definitely loved the found family aspects of this read that really pulls the crew together! This one definitely gets wacky but in the absolute best way!
This is an amazing slow burn that will keep you in a will they won’t they state until the last book which was done amazingly! Plus seeing the friendships and even New Romantic interest blossoming was 💯 AMAZING!
If you love touch her and 💀, time travel, a solid slow burn, why choose, MMF, and so much more? Then this series is absolutely 100% for you! I am going to miss all of these characters and I am so excited to see where BL Lewis goes with their writing career because I know I will be right there excited to dive into any new books!!
That was a beautiful ending to a series. Those 100 pages had me clutching at pearls and holding back tears and my anxiety was high. The author has done a well job of tying everything together over the course of the series into a wonderful finale. This series is a masterpiece and worth reading. I recommend this 100%.
