Run, don't walk, and grab this book and add it to your TBR!
I found this author's book on TikTok, and the cover immediately caught my eye. It was very captivating. After reading the synopsis, I bought both books in the series. In this book, *Gilded Vows*, the main characters, Crest Davenport and Ciel Beauchamp, were set up in an arranged marriage by the patriarchy of their respective families in order to merge their dynasties as a show of strength and power. Now, mind you, both of these people had significant others, which in itself came with its own special drama. When I tell you this book was fire, oh my god, I literally could not put my Kindle down!
The slow-burn relationship building between Crest and Ciel was absolutely beautiful and amazing to read. The one thing I loved about Crest was the way he moved when it came to protecting Ciel. That man didn't play when it came to her safety, neither did his family nor hers. Y'all, the danger, drama, and betrayal left a bitter and angry taste in my mouth. When I say I clapped and was so glad when people got payback, I mean that. 'Cause God don't like ugly, and Karma always gets her licks! I'm so glad Crest and Ciel FINALLY got their HEA. And that epilogue, y'all, was 🔥🔥🔥🔥! Kudos to Brielle and Steel, 'cause those two kept me laughing so hard throughout this book. The shenanigans from both of them alone had me giving this book a 5-star rating. Once again, please run and grab this book. It's an excellent read.

This book is incredible…King and Sky🥰 they are perfection together. The way they changed each other in a quiet soft way, the way they fell in love, their first kiss was incredible, the first time they said I love you was perfect. King protected his Sky in every way. The way Steel and Canon protected her as their sister with no question asked was so beautiful…when they hugged her after the almost kidnapping was beautiful! Now those vows and that baby announcement 😫😫 I love them so much! I wouldn’t mind seeing my Steel find the love of his life 👀 Canon quiet self too even though I see who he has eyes on lol

Sable Rae is a new author to me. And baby i enjoyed every single page! First of all I love an arranged marriage troupe. Add in old Black money and *chef's kiss*
