I started reading this on Kindle, then ordered a hard copy so I could highlight and make notes. Systems thinking can be intimidating depending on how it’s presented to you. This is a beautiful entry level text, and a useful reminder to the more practiced to be consistent in applying this lens when solving any complex challenge.
