Risking it all for Love -
Even though Landon knew Summer was off-limits, he felt a connection with her from the moment they met, that made him want to get to know her better. Summer had always kept the players on her dad’s team at arms length, but she couldn’t dismiss the pull she felt towards Landon. However, Summer’s dad wasn’t happy with Landon getting close to his daughter and tried to lay down the law, but it backfired as it made them want each other more and led to them embarking on an ongoing secret relationship.

Unfortunately, Summer and Landon’s secret relationship was derailed when his response to a question by a reporter compounded the stress she was under from her life changing discovery. Luckily, the situation forced Landon to finally confess his true feelings for Summer and do everything possible to convince her to give their relationship a chance, which she did and it led to them getting to build the future that they wanted.

I really enjoyed reading this scintillating forbidden romance story with engaging characters who had an interesting connection, especially because their lives was already entwined, which made the storyline a lot more exciting. You definitely won’t go wrong if you read this book.

This was a great story. It was a quick read. You can read it in one sitting. The characters are interesting. I love Landon and Summer. Landon is a hockey player, and Summer is his coach's daughter. So, it happens to be a forbidden romance because dating the coach's daughter is forbidden. It was done well. The dialogue and the chemistry felt real.

If you’re looking for a quick read, try Final Period in the Sin Bin by Sasha Thorensen. At under 70 pages, it’s a very good book if you’re looking to fill a short slot of time without making the commitment to a longer story. This was a prefect and steamy short read. Landon and Summer were awesome. She was off limits, but one night turned into something more for Landon. He fell for he immediately. It was great seeing these two navigate things after a leaked photo, the threat of him losing his career, and the secret she wars hiding. Absolutely great read.

This is a short read but long enough for lunch, in the pick up line, by the pool on the beach this is a forbidden love story. There is a natural pull that brings them together. But can they face such overpowering dislike of their relationship as her father. I really enjoyed this book.
