5⭐ "The world keeps moving, but my body stayed in the room where you left."

This collection is so powerful. It made me feel things I haven't felt since my dad passed 11 years ago, which now feels incredibly healing. I am so glad I came across Willow Laine's collection on grief. If you have lost a parent, this is the perfect thing for you to read if you want to feel the grief in a beautiful way or even if you just want a collection of poetry that seems to understand exactly how you feel when nobody else can.

I have quite a few quotes and highlights saved but here is the one that stayed with me the most:
"I was not ready to become this strong. I wanted to be soft and still have you."
