Peadar Morgan is a Scottish journalist. He studied at the University of Aberdeen, was a pupil at Sabhal Mor Ostaig on Skye, and completed his PhD thesis at the University of St. Andrews in 2013. His doctoral research focused on the names of the many ethnicities appearing in the past and present place-names of Scotland and the Border counties of England.

He was Gaelic Advisor to the literary magazine Northwords.

Good, lots of less common names. The good and bad thing is it is intended for Scottish readers. Therefore it simultaneously has a wonderful air of authenticity but unfortunately it makes it harder for American readers.
