Batman fails to save Two-Face’s next victim.
He does not take that well. And ensures the next vic does not befall the same fate.

Meanwhile Wren is getting in deeper. Until he learns the woman he loves (who he hardly knows) has lied to him.
And is shot for his efforts (I knew that was going to happen last issue!)

Paul admits to Bruce he is being blackmailed into pulling out of their deal and gives him a clue as to who the new buyer is.

Which leads Batman into a trap!

The stuff with the freaks wasn't nearly explained enough, the first couple pages had Batman seem to comment on it and know about it, but then it didn't come up again from his POV. This issues was even less interesting than the first. Meh.
