I found that I didn’t enjoy the jumping in time parts (ironically the bath). I did enjoy how she becomes herself again and really connected with her feelings, but otherwise I just read the words and didn’t feel anything,

Also her ex was an absolute manipulative asshole.

I really enjoyed this book. The story line is intriguing- a woman finding herself through change and exploration with a little help with oils. I loved the character development that happens as you read. Change is always possible if you want to try.
