Jessica Brookes is a bartender from New York City and she had no idea that her life was about to change forever when a certain customer walked into her bar one day.
Jason Houston is a cowboy rancher in the big city on business. When he stops by Jessica's bar for a quick drink he finds he can not take his eyes off her. Women like her simply do not exist where he comes from and he is more then intrigued.
She serves him, they talk, they flirt and then when Jason has to leave he makes a very interesting proposal to Jessica. He invites her to stay with him at his ranch for the weekend and in return he will buy her the beauty salon business she has always dreamed of.
Jessica finds Jason's proposal to be very humorous and does not take it seriously, however she does take his phone number.
But little does she know, Jason is not just any cowboy, he is actually a BILLIONAIRE COWBOY and as far as he is concerned his proposal is a very, very serious one....

OK . These are the most immature characters created in a storyline. I found this hard to finish, the characters were not all that likable, relatable or interesting and in some scenes downright stupid. For me time wasted but it may be a good read for others. Synopsis rich cowboy falls for young girl after several failed relationship on his part. Lies about past she is too young and immature to deal with his past. She reacts without thinking and some how ends up in bed with an ex boyfriend even though they stop just short of going all the way. Rich cowboy does not have the sense to ask for a paternity test until a friend tells him to, then he afraid to ask for fear of offending an ex. Really Convoluted and stupid
Jason was a very patient man who seemed to consistently chase after Jessica who would constantly leave at the first sign of trouble without effectively communicating with one another and thinking things through, granted, the first time that trouble reared its head, they had only know each other for a few days, but the second time, they were together for a couple of years. If it were not for Jason’s persistence, I am not sure that they would have ended up together. Poor Austin, something bad needed to happen to his mother, not physically, trying to break up a happy home with her lies and manipulation for her own personal greed and selfishness should not go unpunished. I was so disappointed in Jessica when she turned to Matt. Even though they did not go all the way, they were pretty close. I know that she was confused, but she was still kind of with Jason, even in the heat of the moment she told him that she was not the day previously.
I was amazed to read how easily Jessica fell for Jason's invitation. Things couldve home so much differently. I was glad to read that things went better than what I started to invision. Interesting storyline Monica Castle
I'm not really sure if 1 or more people were writing this book at the same time. Several facts were twisted around. Once they were going on honeymoon for a month then it became 2 weeks. Then they were getting married in June and then it turned into May. If it takes some time to complete a story then please jot down important info so all so called facts stay the same throughout the book. Other than that it wasn't a bad story.
I love that Jason stood his grounds with Jessica he loved her and wanted her for wife. Jessica loved Jason but she to me had problems with Austin my been in Jason. She never really stood by him when trouble at them she ran . But Jason still lived her and stood strong . Good read
I didn't like it. For the sake of my OCD, I finished it. I didn't particularly like the heroine. She was very judgmental of the man she loved! The baby! What woman don't tell their man to get a paternity test?! I didn't like her and I thought the cowboy was TOO sensitive.
I did enjoy reading this romance because it was so believable and realistic. The characters were both everyday normal people. Who made a relationship work even if Nevada billionaire.
Really enjoyed this book. The romance was real and well written. I liked the fact that the females were strong women and the males were not intimidated by them. Can't wait to read more of her books.
It was good but a little too much crying for my liking. Also just believing someone had your baby with no proof seem a little far fetched when your rich and you have a girlfriend. But overall I like the story
