I love Ace and Vera's story. These two overlooked souls needed each other.
This is a quick read, grab you by the seat of your pants, burn the pages up book.
If you like a fast insta-love book with an MC in the background, this is your series. I'm looking forward to the other books in the series.
The characters are well written. You get steamy scenes, drama and some truly laugh out loud moments.
I especially like the attention to the vintage details.

Katie's growth throughout the story was another highlight. At the beginning, she's carrying the weight of past hurts and struggles to feel secure in her own skin. As her relationship with Skull develops, you can see her confidence steadily growing. It was rewarding to watch her discover her own strength while surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her wellbeing.
The forced proximity aspect works wonderfully here. Once danger enters the picture, Katie finds herself immersed in a world she never imagined being part of. The motorcycle club setting provides plenty of excitement, but what stood out most was the sense of family within the group. The club members may be rough around the edges, but their loyalty to one another—and to Katie once she's accepted—is impossible not to love.

This was a really fast and easy read, and even though the story moved pretty quickly, I still really enjoyed it.
Katie and Skull meet completely by accident. Skull is at a park for a job for his outlaw biker gang, while Katie is there for a blind date photo shoot. The photographer mistakes Skull for the man Katie was supposed to meet, which is how they end up meeting.
Katie has a scary past that has left her with some trauma, while Skull is an outlaw biker. Skull wasn’t really interested in being part of the blind date at first, but that changes pretty quickly once he meets Katie.
Their relationship moves fast, and the story itself felt like it jumped from one thing to the next. There’s some drama involving Katie’s brother and another gang, which adds a little more to the story.
Even with how fast everything moved, I liked Katie and Skull together and enjoyed the story. I just would have liked some parts to slow down a little so we could get more of their relationship and the moments between them.

This is book 4 in The Kings of Darkness MC series. First of all I loved this book. It had a lightness to it different then the other books in the series. The whole meet cute with the stranger photoshoot was hilarious. Skull's world got flipped upside down by a pushy photographer and the sweetest girl Katie ( who was part of the stranger couple). I giggled at times while swooning with the way this big bad biker was falling for this sweet girl. Katie absolutely needed a big bad biker to help her fight her demons. This book has humor, love at first sight, brief OW drama, action, and afojnd family. I couldn't put it down. 5 stars.

The characters were very appealing and complex and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building was excellent and solidly drawn. All in all a great addition to the series. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!

FRAMED FOR LIFE is a true Instalove- first sight and all. The book is a fast-moving read, with lots of sexytime, MC life, and firearms. Plus a baseball bat and a not-so-G-rated photoshoot.
Skull is a major badsass, but underneath, he’s a romantic. Katie is sweet and innocent without being either annoying or ridiculous.

She is so nervous, she has been set up by her friend to do a stranger photography session to help get her out of her slump and maybe meet someone new. What she doesn’t expect is the 6 foot six sinfully, handsome biker that she turns around to meet. He is there on club business and doesn’t know what he’s getting wrangled into by the little photographer but when he spots the beauty he follows along. He pretty soon figures out that he wants to keep her on his bike in his club and in his bed.. this one has a little bit of drama, some sweetness, some spice, and a happily ever after.

This was an awesome quick read. I loved Skull immediately. A big scary biker dude that falls to his knees for a woman? Seriously, count me in. You could see Katie gain more confidence as the two grew closer. My only complaint is her stupid brother. I am glad that he will no longer be an issue. I hope Anna shows up again in another book because I loved her character. I think she could hold her own with a biker!.

This was sooo good. I was hooked from the very beginning. Skull got sucked into doing a photo shoot with Katie who he had never met at a park he was to meet a guy to pay a debt. He never thought he would meet the girl that would take his heart. Katie was shy with men she hadn't had a good run always being terrorized by a stalker. Then she meets this leather wearing hottie who is gruff and turns into a sweetheart when she is near him. He makes her feel protected and safe. This was such a sweet read from the beginning with non-stop action as they deal with a stalker. This is a must read!!!

Skull is meeting someone in place that is open, what was he thinking. He is then mistaken for a participant in a blind date photo shoot, and is about to tell her where to get off when he sees her, Katie. She is his and he need to make sure she is on board. When enemies show up he needs to call his clube for backup, there is no way he is letting her out of his sight.
This is a high heat, lots of action and plenty of secrets to be devulged.

Skull is an enforcer in the MC and while trying to collect a debt, he gets wrapped up into a photo shoot with Katie. Katie has been traumatized and this photo shoot is their attempt to get her out of the house. This was a high heat, insta-love romance with laugh out loud moments, tons of steam and has a fast paced plot. This is a new-to-me author and I will definitely be checking out her other books!.

Was an alright book. Very fast paced, they say I love you’s the same night they’re together, which is also the same day they met lol. Wasn’t really a lot going on in the book, I wish it had more action and interactions with other characters but it wasn’t bad.
