This is an excellent read for anyone stepping into leadership - especially in the healthcare sector. I would also say it’s an excellent reminder for even seasoned leadership. With 20 years in healthcare management and leadership, I still found this book very engaging, thoughtful (and thought provoking) and holding many key takeaways aways. I am already thinking of giving this to emerging leaders in my agency, the approachable content and bite sized chapters makes it’s very accessible to anyone. If you are looking for some guidance out direction as you begin - or continue - to navigate the landscape of healthcare leadership, add this to your toolbox.
