The Knights #3
Until Forever Ends
Not yet published
Expected 6 Oct 26Gabriella Alvarez is sunshine personified. She’s the girl who walks into a room and makes you feel seen. And so, it’s hard to believe the girl who radiates positivity and is friends with everyone would be struggling with emotions she never thought she’d feel. At least that’s what she tells herself.
Jagger Spears is the captain of the basketball team, notorious for being exceptional in bed and for his laid-back personality. But behind the easygoing smirks and flirty words, he’s not coping well with his final year of college, battling past demons and grappling with a debilitating case of imposter syndrome.
Through it all, Gabriella and Jagger have each other. They’ve been best friends since childhood, growing up and living together, and yet, they maintain the facade. They slip on their masks, desperate to appear fine.
Until one night.
They make a promise that it won’t mean anything. But then it becomes all they can think about, wishing it would happen again while knowing it can’t.
But the lines have already been crossed. Soon it’s complicating their friendship that for years has been nothing but platonic, making them question everything and wanting more.
But in wanting more they’ll have to open up about what they’ve fought so hard to keep hidden.

5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I already knew when I picked up this book that it was going to hurt a little. That’s one thing I love about E. Salvador’s books. Her characters are raw, messy, and so real that I can’t help but get completely wrapped up in their stories.
I was so excited for Gabby and Jagger’s story. These two have been childhood best friends who became each other’s lifelines, and I loved watching them navigate everything life was throwing at them. They’re both carrying so much, but they never stop showing up for one another.
Jagger absolutely broke my heart. His old wounds kept finding their way back to the surface, and seeing his anxiety portrayed on the page was gut wrenching. But watching him work through it and slowly find his way forward was incredibly powerful. I just wanted to give this man the biggest hug.
Gabby is struggling with feeling like she’s enough for her parents and carrying the weight of everything they’ve gone through for her. She’s such an incredible human, and I loved watching Jagger remind her that she doesn’t have to earn her worth. She was already more than enough.
And I will never get tired of the found family in this series. There’s just something about watching these people love and protect each other that gets me every single time.
This book is full of heart, yearning, tough moments, and big hugs. Gabby and Jagger’s story pulled me in completely, and I know I’m going to be thinking about them for a while. 🖤

arc review - received from author
i want to start thanking E. for the opportunity of receiving and reading this arc, i was literally screaming when i received the email.
i love her books in general, but this series is one of my favorites in the whole world <3 thank you for letting me get a chance to know Gabby and Jagger on advance 🫶🏻
this book is the third book of “the knights” series, which is a college sports series (basketball to be exact) and let me tell you, you’ll be in love with every one of them.
Until Forever Ends is the story of Gabby and Jagger, two childhood best friends who lived together for 6 years because Gabby’s parents were deported from the United States to Mexico. Now they are in their last year of college, they are still united.
Despite appearances, everyone has their struggles, and both of them carry their emotions and problems, and choose to deal with it on their own. Even if they have each other, they sometimes find themselves drowning. One night, a party, a kiss, a promise and everything changes, but that will also complicate things, won’t it?
📸 Gabby is the most perfect and kind girl, her story for me hits different. I’m so close to stories like hers because of my daily work, and the pain, the mental and economic struggles that are crossed in those processes always touch my heart. It’s so nice to see her resistance despite her situation. Gabby, you have my heart chiquita, and I want to be like you, see the good in others and not let the pain cloud you for bad, but use it to be better.
🏀 Jagger from the first book I have you in my sights, I knew that behind that mask of not believing in love, there was a soft soul with a huge heart. His pain is not fair, thanks to E. for making that situation visible, we deserve more characters like Jagger; mental health is important for EVERYONE. You don’t know how much I cried with his story, it hurt, but his way to heal also made me happy. (and well, his nicknames for Gabby in Spanish had me SCREAMING and blushing).
💚 “are you with me?”; “i’m with you.”
What a painful story, but it’s worth it. Every page of this book is worth it. Thank you for representing mental health, the difficulties of the path of being an immigrant, the despair of healing, the loneliness you feel for being a victim, the anxiety of not knowing how to move forward. Jagger and Gabby, you two are beautiful, I love you.

Jagger and Gabby 🥺
Jagger is such a lover boy trapped in a fuck boys body because of his trauma and it GUTTED me. Watching him go through so many emotions all the time was so raw and unfiltered and depicted perfectly. Gabby’s journey was no less emotional. My heart broke for her again and again, as a mother idk what I would ever do in a situation like this. I loved getting more educated on this whole process and how unfair it all actually is. This book is an emotional rollercoaster full of crumbs, tears, laughs, and heartfelt moments that all together had me crying real tears.
In E we trust!!!

I love this series and everything written by e. salvador. Everything is always written with so much care and I can feel her passion.
It is so clear that even though neither of them have ever consciously realized that they are in love, they have been in love for a long time. It only took a stupid drinking game for them to make out and never be able to go back. They are immediately enamored with each other and have no idea how to react.
Every conversation that he has with his therapist where he brings up Gabby and his therapist insists that he has a crush, and he will never admit to it. He simply describes every aspect of a crush and says well I don’t have a crush on her. Jagger literally has never kissed someone of his own accord but he wants to keep kissing her. Gabby is a little more aware, but not by much. Jagger has so much guilt and shame from something that was never his fault and the fact that he never told Gabby about it really adds onto those feelings.
All of the small moments that they have really add up and make them so sweet. He’s a horrible cook, but he’s trying to learn to make the rice that her mom made for her since she hasn’t had it in a decade and she really misses her parents or every time they go to their little flower field to have a conversation and they just are able to be so honest with each other.
He never thought that he would be able to love someone and be good enough for them but Gabby gives him hope. They are the light in each others lives and can’t live without one another.
As with the other books, the friend group is also amazing. I love that Saint was very much aware that they were together the whole time and was trying to keep it a secret. They are truly a found family and it makes me very happy.

4.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ARC REVIEW
These characters have all my heart❤️🩹
They are so raw, real and amazing.
Jagger’s trauma was really hard to read especially the flashback scenes but they were so well written I cried for most of them💔
His friendship with TJ and Landon is so cute and seeing how they really supported him was so touching.
Gabby, my gabby.
My sweet girl😭
Feeling like you always need to be happy and be grateful for something but it’s this thing that breaks you seems so hard.
She is always there for her friends and she has such a big heart.
And let’s talk about their relationship.
Both romantically and friendly.
They made me laugh so much especially in the awkward phase of her wanting to discover sex😂
But no matter what they were always there for each other and that was so heartwarming to see.
Falling for my bestfriend trope is one of my favorite of all time.
And this book dit it really well.
One thing about E. Salvador book?
They are spicyyyy🫣🌶️
We love it like that
I can’t wait for the next book in the Knight series🏀

i loved gabby and jagger more than anything!!! my sweet little babies have gone through so much in their lives and came out okay in the end. they grew so much, whether they wanted to or not, throughout the story. both gabby and jagger put in the work to be the best people they could be—as individuals, friends, and as a couple

Until Forever Ends by E. Salvador 🫶🏻
⭐️ 4.5 stars | ARC | No spoilers
This book was almost on par with Please Don’t Go for me and is definitely up there as one of my favourite reads of the year!
Gabby and Jagger’s friendship was everything you could ever want in a best friend, but their relationship? Even more. The way they navigated the transition from best friends to lovers, with all the internal monologues trying to convince themselves that what they were feeling was just lust and not love… UGH, MY HEART! The yearning, the denial, the feelings?! I ate it all up.
As an Australian, I didn’t know a lot about DACA before reading this book, but E. Salvador did such a beautiful job of weaving it into the story in a way that was easy to understand without taking away from the characters’ experiences. I genuinely cannot imagine the constant fear and anxiety that comes with navigating that process. The way Gabby’s emotions were articulated was so incredibly deep and raw that I felt them right alongside her. Her story really stayed with me.
And Jagger. JAGGER. JAGGER. God, this man broke my heart (in the best possible way, I guess). His trauma and the representation his character offers, particularly for young boys who have experienced similar things, absolutely shattered me. Watching him navigate his emotions, learn to open up to the people around him, and work through his struggles was so meaningful. There is genuinely nothing I love more than thoughtful mental health representation in romance, and E. Salvador delivers it every single time. The care she puts into her characters and their healing is something I will never stop appreciating.
I am a slow-burn girlie through and through, and this book DELIVERED. The build-up, the tension, the gradual realisation of their feelings… I loved every second of it. My only little critique is that the ending felt slightly rushed. I would have loved for things to slow down a little so we could spend more time with Gabby and Jagger as everything unfolded. But honestly, I think part of that is simply because I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to them. I could have happily read another 1,000 pages of these two and still wanted more.
I am so incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to read this as an ARC. E. Salvador has been one of my favourite author discoveries this year, and Until Forever Ends was everything I have come to love about her writing and more. The emotional depth, the meaningful representation, the yearning, and the characters who completely steal your heart… she just GETS IT.
110% recommend this one! If you love a true slow burn, best friends to lovers, emotional depth, and mental health representation that genuinely makes you feel, please add this to your TBR. 🤍

10/10 no notes 😭
As always in this series, I am a complete mess. I knew from the beginning I needed Jagger & Gabby’s story and it didn’t disappoint.
There may be spoilers ahead so be careful because I just need to get all my thoughts out now
“I didn’t think love was made for me. I didn’t think I deserved it.”
Gabby & jagger are the definition of childhood friends to lovers who have not realised it’s always been each other. A drinking game leads to a kiss that will change their friendship forever. ““That kiss changed my life. It fundamentally rewired my brain. I still dream about that kiss.” jagger never kisses anyone and is left confused why he can’t stop thinking of kissing his best friend. I loved seeing him deny his feelings in therapy and Reid is like wake up you have a crush 😂 also him always brushing her hair 🥹
Gabby “Gabby, Gabby, my sweet Gabby". When I tell you my heart BROKE for her. I can't even imagine what it's like to have your parents taken off of you one day and just never be able to see them in person. My best friend's parents are both immigrants to the us from Central America and my heart was breaking thinking of all the times she had text me worried about her own parents. I felt so bad that she was struggling but felt guilty because she didn't want to let her parents down. I am so grateful she had Jagger's family to take care of her. I loved her parents so much “But just so you know, I’d walk a thousand miles; I’d walk through every desert to be with you again.” Dad’s voice never wavers. “I love you.”
“I don’t need the best version. I just need you.” They both knew each other so well that they finally could open up about their struggles to each other. I love their found family. I forgot how much I LOVE Landon Taylor and Julianna together. Also nix 🥹 I missed TJ and Lola. Also dying at the fact that Saint knew the whole time and never said anything. I am DYING for Saint + Daisy's story. Also please tell me Cara + Jayden are hooking up the whole she's tutoring him. Polly is the best friend you need, threatening Jagger if he ever hurts Gabby.
Also the spice 🥵 The mirror scene....damn. I just knew Jagger was going to be an eater and a MAN. They agree that Jagger is going to 'teach' Gabby for if she ever dates in the future.....girl that always leads to them falling in love. But him telling her that if a man is all about himself first then it's never going to work.
I am so incredibly grateful for this ARC. I truly love everything E. Salvador writes and fall in love with each couple she writes about! I can't wait for more of her books in the future.

Getting to read Gabby and Jagger’s story before its release was such a special experience. 🥹 I’ve loved this series from the beginning, and after seeing these two throughout the previous books, I was SO excited to finally get their story.
I love a good childhood best friends to lovers story, and Gabby and Jagger were exactly what I wanted. They have known each other for so long and have been through so much together, so getting to watch their relationship change and grow felt really special. I just wanted them to be happy the entire time. I also loved all the little Landon and Julianna crumbs throughout the book!! After reading their story first, it was so fun getting to see more of them.
Both of them are dealing with their own struggles throughout the book, and I really liked how they were able to be there for each other while also working through their own things. Jagger especially had my heart. Seeing his softer side with Gabby and how much she meant to him was one of my favorite parts of their story.
I also have to mention the found family because it continues to be one of my favorite parts of this series. I love how close everyone is and how they always show up for each other. It makes these books feel like so much more than just the romance.
Two quotes that really stuck with me were:
“i can't believe we get to live in the same timeline, I can't believe I got lucky enough to exist at the same time as you”
and
“i'm still holding on to her like she's my lifeline. Though that's not far from what she is to me.”
I’m so glad we finally got Gabby and Jagger’s story. After getting little pieces of them in the previous books, it was really nice to finally see their relationship from the inside. This was such a great read, and I’m definitely going to miss these two.
E. Salvador, you did it again. 🥹🫶🏻

I had zero doubts in my mind I'd love this book. I've loved the friendship between Gabby and Jagger in the last two books so to see their childhood friends to lovers relationship unfold was so special. 💕 Honestly every single trope was incredibly well done. Found family, mental health rep, slow burn, he teaches her. I just want to hug this book.
I feel like E. Salvador redefined what it means for an MMC to not only fall first but harder. Everything felt so natural. Having never been in a relationship before, I was giggling when Jagger went to the doctor thinking he was sick BECAUSE HE COULDN'T BREATHE AROUND GABBY 😭 she literally took his breath away. He was enamored, he was tortured, he ached, he was DESPERATE for her.
Now Gabby, my sweet, beautiful, Gabby. I love a strong FMC and she was so incredibly strong. All the struggles she faced as a DACA student yet she never let it affect her. Always had the biggest smile on her face. It really is the people that smile the hardest that are holding back the most. I'm so happy she found the strength to open up.
The found family trope? Perfection. Seeing Lola and TJ pop back up was everything 😭 having Juls research what it means to be a DACA student so she could be more understanding of Gabby's situation was beautiful to see how much it meant to her. I can't even begin to put into words how much I love this friend group.
The final trope that I loved was the mental health rep. I feel like in so many books we get the mental health struggles but we don't see the getting help side of things in therapy. We see Jagger slowly but surely open up about his past trauma and it was painful but it was so worth it when he finally started to heal. This book was PERFECTION from start to finish.

Thank you E.Salvador for the ARC!!!
Wow this book was excellent like all her books. Gabby and Jagger are a favorite.
I'm not usually a fan of friends to lovers but I knew that E. Salvador wouldn’t disappoint because she NEVER MISSES.
This friends to lovers tension and angst is so E.Salvador. She just perfectly blends the deep soul connection with trauma, mental health, found family, friendship, romance, and spice.
This story is about grief, about longing, feeling lost, depressed, unworthy. It’s a story that speaks unwavering about immigration and DACA. About power dynamics and harm. About Consent. Writing all these out it feels like E.Salvador captured everything under the sun, and yet it all felt genuine and beautiful.
Jagger’s grounding song being “Dog Days are Over” are so real 😭😭
The cast of characters were great seeing glimpses into the other books were heart warming and maybe books yet to come (eye emoji)
Jagger and Gabby though steal my heart. They are both going through so much but they want to be there for the other, they paste on a fake smile just so the other one doesn’t have to worry about them. 😭
Gabby and Jagger (I SCREAM INTO THE VOID) They’re so TOP TIER. They’re soulmates in contemporary form.
My sleep schedule hates to see an E. Salvador book coming. I just never want her stories to end and yet sometimes I have to because the angst is as beautiful as it is agony. Sweet torture. E. Salvador is a genius, as a master romance story teller.
OOF just thinking about some of the moments have me tearing up again.

✨️ARC book Review✨️
Until Forever Ends- E. Salvador ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When I tell you I SQUEALED when I received this ARC! E became a favourite author of mine after the first book of hers I read (Please Don't Go) and I feel SO grateful to have recieved this🥹
My heart is full💛 I didn't want this book to ever end😭 I just love Gabby and Jagger, and this whole universe. E knows how to write a killer FMC and MMC who completely steal your heart🥹
Childhood friends to lovers is probably one of my favourite tropes, and Gabby and Jagger are the epitome of soulmates 🥹🫶🏼 the way they look after each other and know what the other needs, even without communicating it, is so intimate and beautiful.
The struggles they both go through are heartbreaking in their own rights. For them to open up to each other, their family and friends took so much courage and strength. Two incredibly empowering characters getting everything good they deserve🥹
And let's not ignore the spice. Jagger is a man who knows how to treat a lady right😉😈
I am SO desperate for the next book because I never want to leave this universe and these characters 🥹

I am so grateful E chose to send me a copy of Until Forever Ends. I have been an E Salvador fan since I read the first book in the Knights series and have been eagerly waiting for Gabby and Jagger's book.
first things first- be prepared to cry. This book is all feels, all heart. I absolutely love a friends-lovers where the mmc is protective about the fmc, I eat that up. Jagger did not disappoint, he was ready to 🔪 if someone even looks at Gabby wrong. and once their feelings started developing it was so fun to see him pretend like he wasn't absolutely gone for her lmao.
Gabby and Jagger are so protective of each other and something about how they've been best friends since they were little is so heartwarming and makes me melt. I love the journey of both of them battling their demons on their own to avoid burdening the other to then completely opening up and becoming each other's safety.
One thing which I went crazy for is how obsessed Jagger was over the way Gabby smelled, like boy was DOWN BAD lmao. I was kicking and screaming anytime he went a little nuts when he was around her, it was so funnnn. Lmao everyone thought he was truly on drugs. Priceless.
Until Forever Ends has:
> best friends-lovers
> found family
> he is down bad for her
> would do ANYTHING for her
> first kiss changed everything
> she’s a hopeless romantic and he’s anti-love
> mental health rep

I could not put this book down, it was about 1 in the morning and I was absolutely sobbing and then trying to stifle my laughter so I didn’t wake my husband 🤣
I was introduced to this series by randomly coming across it on my kindle… but let me tell you this has become my favorite series ever.
E. Salvador has this way of writing that’s so genuine and authentic it’s hard to find any faults. From Lola and TJ’s story to Jul’s and Landon’s AND NOW GABBY AND JAG’S. I’m so happy.
All of her stories are written so beautifully that it feels like you’re sitting in the room while everything’s happening.
Overall, this book had me in all different directions. 😅 to laughing so hard at Zach and Jag. Crying at Landon and jag’s conversations. To kicking my feet at Jul’s and Gabby. And back to laughing so hard when Polly came in with threats. This friend group is such a solid team.
Gabby and Jag deserved this story and I’m so glad I got the chance to get an ARC. I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next 🖤
Will come back and post more after release date!

This was such a wholesome, perfect romance vibe and it was much needed.
As always, E. Salvador’s writing is incredible and she doesn’t each and everyone of her characters justice.
I won’t lie I felt quite frustrated by these characters and the fact that they kept denying themselves for each other. It was really challenging to see them so clearly in love but denying themselves of that connection. I think was the intention and I can see why this was added to the plot.
I loved how their story ended up playing out and I think Jagger is an incredible MMC who treated Gabby perfectly. I loved the emotional pull this book and it was very easy to connect with the characters due to this.
I think in the end I wanted a bit more from their story and the way they were together. I would have loved to see them get together earlier on so there wasn’t that continuation of them getting hurt by each other.
