This is a great guide that explains the basic premise behind the paleo diet and then goes into giving you recipes designed to help you lose weight. So far I have made several of these recipes and they have all tasted great.

This is great for anyone that wants to lose weight, get healthy or even just cut out wheat from their diet. At the end of this book there are also some links to some more great resources.

I was very happy with this overall and wish there had been more recipes in it, but overall I was very pleased with this.

I have had to take a long, hard, and emotionally intensive look at my life and make some very difficult decisions. My health isn't the best, and my diet and lifestyle are the cause. My doctor tells me get the weight off and I can come off of most, if not all, of my medications.

Well, I've lost 50 pounds in a little over a year. And it seems I'm stuck now. Neither losing, nor gaining.

I was introduced to the Whole30 Diet, and the resemblance to the Paleo Diet is amazing. Those in the know, will understand when I say the similarities are uncanny, but the difference between the two can make or break you through that stubborn fat.

I chose to do the more drastic of the two, which is the Whole30 diet. And I intend to do this for 90 days, and then gradually slip over into the Paleo Diet.

I received Paleo Recipes For Rapid Weight Loss from Amazon.com. (You can find it here.) All I can say is WOW!

I've tried a couple of the recipes already, and they are tasty. I could get used to this!

Breakfast Recipes to include: omelet muffins, pancakes with pureed strawberries, baked eggs with asparagus and leeks, banana walnut muffins, apple cinnamon muffins, steak and eggs, but to name a few!

Lunch Recipes include: salmon with citrus salad, Indian coleslaw, spicy tuna salad, turkey vegetable meatballs, chicken stew, broccoli beef soup, turkey avacado roll-up, and more!

Supper recipes include: Paleo chili, meat loaf, Japanese Ratatouille, Crockpot Lean Beef Stew, and more!

Snack recipes include: baked sweet potato sticks (these are so-o-o good!), baked apple chips, deviled eggs, Goji power bars, and more!

Desserts include: zucchini brownies, almond apple cake, chocolate chip cookies, vanilla pound cake and more!

There is also a whole section on helpful resources, and other links to find out more about the Paleo Diet plan if you are interested. I find that there are many recipes I can use on the Whole30 Diet Plan even now. Later I can add in the extra goodies from this book.

I can't help but give this book...Five Stars and......a big Thumbs Up!

I also give this my....Highly Recommended Award!

A lot of the recipes were tasty, but occasionally one of the ingredients was listed but the instructions left out when to add it in. Fortunately, it was pretty easy to guess what to do. I appreciated the recipes for healthy snacks, particularly the goji berry bars. And the paleo meatloaf is one of the few healthy dishes that doesn't leave me feel "under-caloried" after an intense work out.

Simple, easy recipes to get started on a Paleo diet; most of the ingredients can easily be found in supermarkets and/or health food stores, or ordered online like coconut oil and almond flour.

Awesome recipe book

I'm giving this book a five star rating.
Because:
I am a a large woman with health problems.
I'm not good at sticking to a diet, but this one is one I truly believe that I could be happy to do. This book gives good directions on there recipes. I purchased this book to do some recipe changes to the way I eat now. I also like that they have where they collected there information from. The list of references is in the back of the book. The writer also gives some information on gluten free cooking. I have tried one recipe already and have started my grocery list for more of the recipes. This is a must have cook book even if your not going all in for gluten free cooking.

I have received this at a discount price. This does not effect any of my review. I have given a accurate and truthful review of this cookbook.

A brief introduction to the Paleo way of eating and explanation of why this is a healthy diet that I found most helpful. Included are recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as some for snacks and the occasional dessert. I was most interested in the recipes for the Omelet Muffins, Grilled turkey cutlets, the balsamic roasted chicken legs and the chocolate chip cookies. There are also 2 different recipes for banana bread that I thought I might try and who could ignore a healthy recipe for brownies? Not me!

I purchased this book because I am NOT a good dieter. If it doesn't taste good, or leaves me hungry, then I end up ditching the diet. (Shame on me!) This book is a complete guide to the Paleo system of losing weight, and even I, the finicky one, like many of the recipes. My only hangup is being on the road a lot, which makes this and all diet systems more difficult to stick to. If you have not had the success you desire with other diets, then I suggest giving this a try.

Short and to the point

Title says it all. Recipes! I have recently looked at books with similar titles just to be disappointed in the lack thereof. Enjoy reviewing these not too difficult recipes. They do have different levels of difficulty in preparation and has recipes to meet any economic lifestyle.

Ok book

Not a book that I would recommend, but I'm not disappointed that I bought it. Some good recipes. A lot of common recipes. Too many sweet recipes for a "Rapid Weight Loss" , more of a Rapid weight gain. And no pictures.

Good recipes

Recipes sound good, but are very close to other books out there. No pictures for the recipes, which is part of what I find really helpful in a cookbook.
